Good experience

I worked with Amruta and she was very helpful, nice and kind. It was a pleasure working with her throughout the tenancy replacement process and she made sure to address any concerns we had as well as do her best to expedite the process for us. It’s just the referencing process took way longer than we expected but that’s more of a referencing agency issue rather than a letting agency issue.

Max Watson is a fantastic property manager

Max Watson is a fantastic property manager. He had brilliant communication skills between us as the tenants and the landlord. He was incredibly understanding, quick to respond and most importantly honest. Out of all the property managers that we had at Chase Evans (all of whom were great!) he was the best! Max only became our property manager later into our tenancy which is such a shame as we really valued him.

I arrived in London on the 11th of June and by the 30th of June, I had the keys to my new flat. As a first-timer in this beautiful city and with the buzz of such a demanding market, I could not have done this without the help of the Chase Evans team, particularly, my agent, Mike Gutierrez. Mike from the onset exuded an enthusiastic and positive aura and as I was viewing homes, he would show sincere interest in understanding what I was looking for and what criteria were important in my search. He is insightful as he would share his opinions and recommendations of flats and communities we viewed but was never pushy and ultimately respected my views and what I thought was a comfortable fit for me. As a new comer to the leasing market in London, I was absolutely clueless about the whole process. Mike went above and beyond for hand-holding me through the entire journey from start to finish to ensure I did not feel lost. Mike together with the rest of the Chase Evans team are supportive, responsive, direct, and transparent with their communication and this was a key standout for me. Trust me, I had the experience to view flats with other agents, and they just didn't cut it. My overall experience was pleasant, smooth and seamless. I was renting through Chase Evans in London. I hadn't had very good experience with letting agents but Chase Evans changed my impression.The team was very helpful and responsive from onboarding to maintenance of the property:- Office administrator Lisa Tang made sure I didn't miss out anything before move in.- Letting negotiator Kevin Chidi ensured everything had been alright before I moved in. He even rolled up his sleeves to clean the flat up a bit (which he's not supposed to).- Property manager Danish Ashraf/Vip team has been quick to address any maintenance issues. I got a faulty oven and he arranged for contractor to attend to it next day. Very efficient.I was able to move with as little fuss as possible. A big thanks from me to the amazing team they have!

Amazing experience with Chase Evans and Danish!

I got assigned a new property manager just a few days before my move and was quite worried on the processes. However, Danish Ashraf was super informative and helpful. He immediately called me as he received my email and cleared any queries I had regarding the flat, making me super confident with having Chase Evans and Danish managing my new rented property. He really listened to all my concerns and offered advice where he could and told me what next steps I should take in regards to moving in. He is also very helpful as I can reach out to him whenever there is an issue and get a prompt response. Can’t really ask more from my property manager!

I chose Chase Evans to sell my property after speaking to several agents because Matthew Moloney seemed pragmatic and had given the most realistic advice on valuation, unlike some other agents I spoke with who seemed overly keen and optimistic which put me off. Matthew and Immanuel Teferi on his team had been fantastic from start to finish. Matthew managed to get my property listed promptly and a buyer was found within a week. Throughout the conveyancing process, Immanuel kept close contact with the buyer and both sides of solicitors and provided frequent updates on the progress. The sale ended up taking longer than expected but Immanuel was reassuring whilst pushing for progress and finally took us to completion. The team was friendly and pleasant and it was absolutely the right decision to go with Chase Evans.
