Great experience with chase evans…

My experience with chase Evans was perfect. From securing the property to leaving I felt the staff made everything as easy as possible, trying to make it as swift as they could. My property manager Max Watson was also very helpful, during my time at the property he would really quickly respond to any issues I had and resolve them as fast as he could. I would definitely recommend using chase evans simply based on customer service alone.

Immanuel and team (Anj) provide a 5* service. I've bought 3 properties before, however in this case i was in a chain selling a leasehold flat and here i really witnessed the value add. From the initial conversation, i never felt harassed in placing my property on sale and came back to Immanuel 6 months after talking to him. The pictures were excellent and house tours very professional and they were able to adapt to our babies schedule. Not feeling pressured, i reduced my sale price and soon found a buyer. During negotiations, I never felt pressured and, everything was smooth and typical. The above and beyond service was the guided walkthrough of the 4 month legal process until exchange which was littered with issues which Immanuel and team helped navigate. I'm happy to recommend them and I hope Immanuel enjoyed the Champagne I gifted him :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ginny Pattni of Chase Evans during my home search in London. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a foreign buyer, I have very limited knowledge about the local properties and the nearby environment. Ginny found me really excellent properties which is lovely and HIDDEN GEMS in London. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable of the property, facilities, restaurants and shops in this community, but also genuinely attentive and responsive to our needs. She made great efforts to arrange a viewing for us with the presence of the home owner so that we would interact with the owner, asking as much as questions we have and get a full picture of the property and the living environment. Spamming emails asking for a five star review

After I let one of the agent know that I’m happy about the deduction of my safety deposit after the checkout. She sent me an email asking me to give her five stars review and mention her name. I didn’t think her service was up to it and I didn’t want to be rude so I decided not to give her any review. However there has been six emails or more spamming me with the same messages asking for the reviews going on for a few weeks. Which is very disturbing so I have decided to write this review. It’s way too spamming and demanding. Other positive reviews with this agent name is not flagged however mine is when it’s a negative review. Now I need to edit her name out but I will make sure to send chase evans about the amount of spamming emails she has sent me.

I worked closely with Anj for buying a place . As an international buyer based 16 hours away, I was unable to view in person for a while. Anj accommodated multiple viewing requests pre- offer and one post offer. Anj was available and responsive by WhatsApp and emails and I found I could trust her which was particularly important to me being based so far out. Anj put me in touch with excellent solicitors and was prompt in following up the progress of sale. The handover of keys was smooth . I found it very helpful to be able to reach out to Immanuel who also always helped, when Anj was away. I would work again with both Anj and Immanuel.
