GoogleExcellent customer service, Miles Freeman helped me throughout the process and made things a lot smoother. The response time was always very quick, and communication was done on a personal level. I felt like the service provided was top tier, definitely better than the other agencies I have experienced.

Zoe was extremely professional in her dealing with us and ensured that she fulfilled all her commitments regarding appointments, getting all details of the property. He was extremely accommodating to our time schedules and was very pro active showing us properties that matched our criteria. GoogleGreat support from Miles when we were trying to find a new flat this summer. Communication was a slow with the central office but anytime we had an issue I called Miles and he was able to sort things out for us.

GoogleThe service I received from this office was second to none, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in a flat in the area, particularly Zoe Sophocles is amazing, happened to speak with another of her clients as well and he seemed to be extremely happy with her service.

GoogleBe careful with this company. After I left the apartment they are keeping my deposit even after the Landlord agreed to payback full amount. They keep inventing excuses and lies and are not paying back my deposit. Stay away.
