I had a great experience with James from CBRE when viewing an apartment. He was incredibly flexible, accommodating an early 8 AM showing despite a long commute. Was thoroughly impressed by Wilbur Rodrigues when been shown a variety of flats in Spinners Yard to suit our needs, both furnished and unfurnished. He knew lots about each flat, even down to sq ft and provided honest information throughout. Would recommend

AVOID. Will try and steal your deposit from you.

Dealt with agent Deena Kneafsey at CBRE residential London. Their behaviour has always been misleading, disingenuous and non transparent. They will try and steal your deposit. They will make up extra cleaning charges, fake repairs, and missing items to keep as much as they can, even if the check out report does not show anything wrong. Avoid like the plague. I cannot stress this enough. Document as much as you can, and be very much aware of your rights as a tenant because you will need to dispute the charges at TDS.

If I could give zero stars I would!. I have had the displeasure of speaking to 4/5 different staff members of CBRE commercial in the past 2 weeks and I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of professionalism. I don’t know where they find the staff that seem to think it’s okay to conduct business like this.

nothing but a cowboy company recently…

nothing but a cowboy company recently where I work they replaced the speed humps but the contractors they used where so dumb.they replaced the first one as you drive in but the second one they decided to leave till last there was two big holes which my car hit being 4am in the morning I couldn't see them now my car is ruined.even if email there head office and get a reply the people who work there are halfwits that's putting it mildly absolute cowboys the lot of them .

Emily Baker is a property manager I work alongside with dealing with all electrical appliance problems for the tenants (appliance engineer). She is very easy to work with and responds very quickly and deals with all her tenants very quickly. If ever I have a query about something for one of the properties she finds out the answer really quick. Its been an absolute pleasure working with Emily the past couple of years and I hope we work together for many more! Carlo Saraniti is also another member of staff I work with in property management dealing with any appliance problems tenants may have. He answers emails quickly and we work hard together to make sure any issues tenants may have are solved as quick as we possibly can without too much fuss. I enjoy working with Carlo and CBRE and hope we will be working together for a very long time!

Extremely bad! 1) It took them 3 months to fix the heating issue in the apartment I pay 3k pounds/month for during winter time 2) They are extremely irresponsive and irresponsible 3) Nearly a month after checking out of the apartment, I still haven't gotten my deposit back, and no reply from the agent!
