GoogleAsh Wilmot is a fine professional. He was able to rent out my flat for me on the first showing which was so helpful. From that moment onwards he kept me informed about what I needed to do and took the initiative to make process both clear and problem free along the way. GoogleMy friends and I recently worked with Sophie Gittins to find a place to live in Central London that was within our student budget. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, and overall a wonderful agent to work with. Although we had many concerns regarding renting a property in the midst of a pandemic, Sophie dealt with them all in a calm, swift manner, going above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of an estate agent to ensure that all our needs were met. Overall, Sophie is an amazing agent and we cannot recommend her enough!

Flats would be listed and secured very quickly by eager tenants. GoogleVery professional organization. We’ve experienced some other similar organizations before we met Ash. We were surprised. Ash was totally different: really helpful and very very! responsive. Even during bank holidays he answered our questions via WhatsApp. We were moving from the Netherlands to Londen. And managed to find our new home in the beginning of May 2020. Because of Covid/lockdown, we were unable to see our apartment before moving in. But Ash really did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. And we absolutely made the right choice. GoogleIn an environment of London flat letting where offices are busy and agents never call you back, CBRE was a point of clarity. My agent, Daniella, provided excellent, top notch service. She was friendly, very quick at answering emails, and offered great advice when flat viewing. During our 15 flat viewings, she made us feel very comfortable and genuinely cared to hear our feedback. GoogleSophie is the best agent I’ve ever met. Her proffecional skills and attitude is outsidanding. She wasn’t only able to find the best apartment for my needs, but was also trying to fulfill my best interests in terms of getting the best deal possible. All my friends who were using her services were also satisfied to the best level possible. I believe Sophie is the role model in the modern real estate industry as she is actually trying to find the best outcome possible and putting not only all her effort into it but even her heart. I believe, CBRE is lucky to have her and should seriously use her as an example to other agents. I will only use her as an agent for any future requirements. She knew the areas I was looking at very well and was very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of few months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Moving home is always challenging, but working with Sophie made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her.

GoogleI have been working with Daniella from the Covent Garden office for the last month or two. She has been extremely efficient in assisting me take on new properties for our company. She listens and understand our requirements so only suggests properties that she think will work for us which saves us time! Daniella is very knowledgeable about all the properties she shows us and is able to answer all related questions. In comparison to other agents we work with Daniella is very professional, excellent at keeping us up to date with offers and has been very successful on agreeing our offers with the landlords. She is also very punctual at arranging the paperwork and getting all the lose ends tied up to ensure the deals are tied up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her and CBRE to others!

She understood the brief immediately, offered properties that were exactly what we were looking for, was incredibly patient in terms of time taken at each property and re-visiting. You really felt you had a smart, thoughtful adviser on any issues we had with the suitability of the flats and how to mitigate any problems we saw. Her communications with the landlords were swift and spot on. I would heartily recommend Jessica to anyone - she took the frustration out of the process, and made viewings fun rather than a chore with her friendly and informed attitude.
