Great service

Despite being worried about finding a flat in London in the current state of the housing market, CJ made it easy for us to view the flat, did not pressure us to make an offer which made us feel comfortable, and when we did decide to make an offer they, especially Sam, were helpful in letting us know next steps. I also emailed several times with loads and loads of questions which were all answered quickly and with clarity which made me feel better about the whole process.

Had very positive help and advice from Carter Jonas : trying to sell in a difficult uncertain period - dropped my selling price after an initial attempt at what might have worked if I’d waited 8 months to a year. I had good feedback first of all from Wayland and then his team - and particularly Leo Goodman-Jones who helped me through the difficult period of cash buyer who was simply interested in income, missing out on certain basic details of the flat because of his focus. The elderly couple who explored it before him would have been my preferred buyer but alas they fell through. Leo was a solid connection through all that and I’m happy that I went with them and with him. Thank you Leo. :-) Nigel

We have been working with Carter Jonas in Fulham (their office is at 361 Fulham Palace Rd) for over 5 years. Igor Simonov leads the team and Sam Jarvis helps us daily. They are very professional and very helpful. Very important for all landlords - and tenants as well for that matter - they are honest and trustworthy. Over the years we dealt with other estate agents, and were pretty much often discontent. I would highly recommend working with Carter Jonas, Sam, Igor and his team.

Renters beware

Rental property managed by this company on behalf of Hs2 on moving out half my deposit kept for issues not really fair, they wanted £20 for grass seed! As the lawn had died just one petty example, trying to get repairs done is difficult, they send individuals round who haven’t a clue, bodge job fix with promises to come back then never do, then charges on the tenant for issues that wouldn’t have arisen had the repairs been completed fully. The excuse - it wasn’t reported. Well have they tried their website?? Jobs reported but not actioned for weeks, when the emails are finally read, it’s all about the money and not the customers (renters). Would strictly not rent a property managed by this company ever again. They are not there for the tenants but solely to make money and for their landlords. Rented all my life moved a few times and always got all my deposit back in full. Until now.
