GoogleRecently moved into new 6 bed house in hammersmith with student friends. Hasan has been very nice and understanding with our scarce knowledge of the process of renting a property. The property itself wasnt as deeply cleaned as desired and a number of things are not working/not as clean as possible but I'm sure these will be sorted out shortly. I would recommend broadway and west.

GoogleI had a great experience with Francesca and the rest of the team at Broadway & West. I lived with a group of girls in London, and we needed to move in just a few days after we viewed a property. Francesca was very accommodating in making sure this was possible, and for this we were very grateful! I would definitely look to use Broadway & West again in the future :)

GoogleAdnana Dumitas provided excellent correspondence with my flat mates and I from the viewing of the property we were interested in to finalising the paperwork and signing the contract. She has continued to help us with queries we’ve encountered surrounding rent payments, council tax and utility bills. Adnana offered a great service that I would highly recommend to others, particularly students.

GoogleI would highly recommend the services of Adnana and Broadway and West. Adnana helped a group of friends and I to rent our first student property. She was very attentive and helpful - promptly answering any questions we had about the renting process. We would be more than happy to use their services again.

GoogleDo not use the services of this agency! They care just about the money. Me and my boyfriend rented a flat with another couple for half a year and to begin with, they asked for 150 pounds from each of us, for paperwork (sure, print some contracts and check our references... 600 pounds). Then at the end of the year we left some pieces of blutack on the wall and they deduct A HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS from our deposit!!!! AMAZING. Guys, if you want to keep your money, look for a property somewhere else.
Hi Sabrina, We are sorry you had a bad experience, however, if there is damage to a property we are obligated to get it repaired before the next tenant moves in, hence the deduction. All tenants are advised not to put things (like blutack) on walls as any damage is chargeable.

GoogleMy experience with the company and their agent, Haron Rashid, turned out to be a frustrating story of unfulfilled promises and unprofessional behavior. It all began with the enticing promise that all bills were included in my monthly rent, which led me to eagerly pay the deposit. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received a contract that contradicted our initial agreement, leaving me £1500 short on my security deposit. I reached out to Haron Rashid to address this issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. To my shock, his response was far from professional. He not only displayed rudeness but also canceled my contract abruptly without providing any explanation. This left me in a state of distress and uncertainty. I had anticipated a transparent and professional transaction, but instead, I was met with deception and disrespect. I'm left with no choice but to demand an apology, a thorough explanation for the discrepancies, but no one even bothered to give me an answer.

GoogleHeadline: Untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent. I was recently reminded of my experience with Broadway & West, which admittedly was a few years ago - they may have improved since then, which would seem to be the case looking at the high reviews, however I have reason to believe the high reviews should not be trusted. Four friends and myself lived in a student house managed by Broadway & West in 2018. When we moved in, the property was filthy, with dirt all over the floor and surfaces, chewing gum on some of the furniture, and old, dirty laundry from prior tenants on the kitchen counter. We raised to the awareness of Broadway & West that a professional clean had not been done, and they verbally agreed that we would not be expected to have one done before we left. Throughout the year, we had serious issues with the plumbing, and somebody completely unqualified was sent to fix it. As a result we were left for over a week without being able to flush one of the two toilets as he repeatedly came back trying and failing to fix it. We also had serious damp issues when we moved in, to the extent that it was a health hazard. The response to which was that we were told to buy a dehumidifier and that they would do nothing about it. Finally, at the end of the tenancy, we ourselves cleaned the house thoroughly but did not get a professional clean. Our agent Hasan then went against the previous verbal agreement and tried to charge us £250 for not having a professional clean. Their evidence included close up photos of small pieces of litter, and the EXIF data on these images showed they had been taken prior to the start of our tenancy - this was blatantly a money grab to try to take some of the deposit, and given the falsifiable evidence, I think could arguably amount to fraud. Despite us having extensive email accounts of all of our complaints throughout the year, they refused to remove this charge. It took us going in, recording our conversation and threatening small claims court for them to go back on it. When I was phoned to tell us that they would give back the deposit, they said that this was conditional on us leaving a 5 star review - another reason not to trust positive reviews here. We did not do so, and had intended to leave an accurate review of our time there, but never got round to it until now. In summary, far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a business, let alone an estate agent.

GooglePoor customer service, bad property maintenance and the tenants are awful! My neighbor was a racist drunk man that shouted racist slurs at me often! They did nothing about this and made it very difficult for me to move out. Later, I found out that there have been many police cases in their property! Please be careful!
I am sorry to hear this, and seems to be unusual that this would have not have been followed up if it was reported. Please let me know the property as we have checked all our emails and cannot see any record of your tenancy or any complaints.
