GoogleI have been a landlord for for 17 years owning a property in Gastein Road. Over the years Broadway and West have provided me with prompt advice and support. They are flexible and all the work I have asked them to do over the years has been excellent. When they recommend a professional that person has also been to standard.

GoogleIt is a very reliable and honest service. i rented the flat for more than 2 years now and i never had any issue with maintenance. Rashid is always there to sort it out any problem quickly.I would recommend Broadway and West to anyone.

GoogleI was looking for a flat in London and wasn’t sure about which location and what type of flat I wanted and Adnana helped me to find the best location, best flat, best prices. She s the best! If you need help, she ll happily provide you the best customer service and even kept me updated after hours which I was more than impressed as she took from her own time to answer to my questions. Ask for Adnana, you won’t regret it!!

GoogleIf I put this truthfully, I would say that there were a few small issues when I first moved in, but not anymore because Hasan who has been very helpful. The builder who sent by Hasan to fix the problems of my room was also nice and friendly. Hasan even sent me email to double check if the issue has been fixed, I mean - that’s professional! I’m grateful that my London journey started smoothly because of this professionally helpful agent!

GoogleMy party of students was assigned to Ilia regarding a house in Fulham. As soon as it came to questioning him about the specifics of the property, and negotiating fees, he was extremely rude and childish with answering questions. After we inquired into move in/out fees and gas certificates, he became very aggressive over the phone and a series of poorly-written and angry messages followed, for no understandable reason. Prior to this, we were incessantly asked to hurry up with the signing process, despite constant updates from us. Being hardly the "quality individual" Broadway & West claim he is, I would recommend avoiding Ilia as much as possible if dealing with this estate agency.

GoogleWhilst trying to find my student accommodation with estate agents in the Earls Court area, I was treated like a pariah. The other estate agents showed me flats that were either too expensive, not in my requested locations. When I rejected the flats, I was literally told to stop wasting their time. With Broadway and West, Hasan listened to exactly what I wanted and after viewing 2 of their properties I immediately took one of the flats offered. Hasan helped me through the paperwork and I moved in within days.. Highly recommended.

GoogleBroadway & West is one of the best letting agents I have dealt with from start to end. Helping me to find my perfect space within my budget and area helped me move in smoothly. Unfortunately, I will be moving out after a year as I needed a bigger space now & again the process was very simple without any complications. Cheers to all the lovely helpful staff! Will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

GoogleVeeeeeery dodgy, with random fees all over the place for no real reason. Typos in almost all of their correspondence - at the end of their emails they brag about how they offer "peach of mind" and documents are to "suppled" rather than supplied. Payment in cash only is extremely suspicious with the agents becoming slightly frustrated under the most gentle of questioning. The nearest ATM for you to withdraw the astronomical fees are from a "chicken shop". Combine this with their fake self-reviews on Google - Francesca works there!!! Whilst the offices were air-conditioned, this is to be expected as they make so much money for sending out just a few emails. The pens were also poor quality. Avoid if at all possible.

GoogleVery inefficient in terms of refunding held deposits. Extensive errors in accounting and lack of incentive in dealing with past tenants. Seems like they are interested in getting your money in the first place, but not giving them back, even now (7 months after the tenancy has ended).

All deposits are refunded subject to all utility bills and all outstanding debts been cleared. Supporting evidence is required by the outgoing tenant to be given to the agent in order to complete the deposit refund. Any delay in supplying such evidence will result in delaying the refund.
