I have rented a studio with this agency almost 2 years. From the beginning until the last day i could say we had as tenants support and help from this agency (because unreasonable behaviour of the landlord ). I have known Rashid since he was the letting manager at his former place of employment. He has been letting and managing this home for decades on my behalf. The level of professionalism, support and advise over that period has excelled beyond belief and way beyond the terms and conditions of the contract we have in place between us. I travel consistently and more often than not know that my investment in Barons Court is in very safe hands. The level of service actually goes beyond the remit of the contract but advice is given or work carried out to ensure the tenants benefit from full quiet enjoyment of the property. I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending Broadway and West if you want to ensure sound management and regular income.

My experience with this estate agent was extremely frustrating. They consistently provided inaccurate information about properties, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Appointments were frequently missed without any notice, leaving me feeling undervalued as a client. Furthermore, their rude and disrespectful behavior made the entire interaction unpleasant. I would caution anyone against considering their services.

Exceptional service when I urgently needed to find a new place. Adnana specifically was precise and efficient. I managed to view the property and paid the holding deposit within 24 hours of first calling. She completed my referencing almost immediately after I sent them in, and I moved in within a week with no issues!

As a first time renter this whole process was very daunting but Adnana was extremely helpful and patient, she sorted out our tenancy very rapidly and has continued to help us through the process. We had a previous bad experience that made us very cautious but Adnana was very professional and friendly which put us at ease, this has been the best experience that I have had with an agent by far!
