GoogleFound my new home with Broadway & West! My agent, Samiha, was absolutely lovely and was a pleasure to speak with. Made the process much easier and let me know what needed doing and when, with quick responses and answers to questions. Exactly as needed!! Would use this agency again :)

GoogleWe’ve just moved in, and the experience has been fantastic so far. From booking a viewing to signing documents, everything has been smooth sailing. We worked with Samiha Rashid at Broadway and West, and she was incredibly patient and kind with all our questions. Her professional service has been outstanding, and we are very pleased with the space and the continued support she provides even after our move.

GoogleEdit after response - Had my tenancy 3 years ago and appear to have the same experience as Tom Edward’s review (4 months ago) so improvements seem non-existent. Some highlights - receiving the property with works incomplete, and not professionally cleaned. Having the professional cleaners turn up with no cleaning equipment, having to CC managers to get responses when emailing. General lack of professionalism. Of course you were aware of all of these issues.

GoogleAfter 5 years I reconfirm my review. Broadway and West have been outstanding with me throughout all 5 years, I will miss Leonardo, Harun and Ilia now that I have to move out as I bought my own place. These guys are a great sales and rental agency in Hammersmith, the best I have known. Back in 2018 I had the most pleasant and smooth letting experience in all my time in London! Securing the property with Ilia was quick and smooth with his help and advice. This agency deals with everything in a very professional , transparent and friendly way , seems like a one of a kind agency, I would not hesitate to recommend it to all my peers. Will miss you!

GoogleAs four students, we had a lovely experience with Samiha! We were aware that finding housing as students in London could be extremely competitive, and that there was a high chance we would have to compromise on things. However, within a month of first getting in touch with Samiha, we were able to find a lovely house in our ideal location. Samiha's communication was always impeccable (even when we'd ask sooo many questions), she sent us the property as soon as it had become available, and gave us the support that we needed through the process! We cannot recommend Broadway and West enough for students looking to rent in the Hammersmith and Fulham areas.
Samitha is four times delightd that her help has made the difference. We all know how complicated and stressfull the rental process can be especially if its your first time. We hope all of you will enjoy your time in the house and have well deserved accademic success.

GoogleFantastic agent! Thank you Samiha for all your help and support in finding a large student property for my son and his university friends recently. Samiha arranged viewings swiftly and was always prompt in replying to messages and patiently answering or clarifying any queries even on weekends demonstrating her commitment to her prospective clients and her job. Hope the property rental due to start in the academic year stays up to the expectations and there is adequate support through the year if any problems arise. My only feedback at this point would be that it would be helpful to have a floorplan available for a property to let. I understand that this was not available for this property. My suggestion would be to add more photos and a video tour too but I do realise that this is not always possible.

With regards to the floorplan point taken, we do try when we have the floorplan to make it available on our site and make available all the information we have to make the process easier for the enquiring tenants. The property is managed by the landlord who are very hands-on and respond quickly to sort out issues as they are reported. I hope you will have a lovely stay and enjoy in the property.

She has been very punctual with answering our messages and queries, and has been successful in negotiating terms with our landlord. GoogleAround mid June, we managed to sign a contract on a property by Broadway and West in Hammersmith. Samiha was very helpful and prompt, with a viewing booked within the day of the property being listed and all contracts signed within two weeks of this date. We are very glad that we had such a great experience and Samiha was a gem!
