She has been unfailingly responsive, professional and understanding and works hard to resolve maintenance issues as smoothly as possible under challenging circumstances (a slow to respond landlord). Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills have helped ease the frustration we (the tenants) have experienced with our landlord.
