Absolutely awful estate agents, AVIOD, there are so many others to choose from. They have no regard for their customers, if you raise an issue you are met with 'send in an email complaint and someone will look at it'. They just can't be bothered, and its also very difficult to get hold of anyone. They don't do what they assure you they will. JUST AWFUL - AVOID.

The flat I purchased was with Brinkley's. It wasn't a particularly complicated transaction as I was a cash buyer but James was very helpful and dealt with matters professionally and managed to get responses back from the vendor promptly whenever I asked for information.

Very rude and unprofessional. Just called with a query on one of the rental properties available on their website and got told it's under offer, the offer will surely be accepted and end of conversation. Didn't even spend 2min to have a chat.. we might have gone above the price the owner got, but their "estate agent" didn't even give them that chance... very poor!
Dear Karolina, I am sorry you felt we was rude and unprofessional today on the telephone, once a property has received a holding deposit we are not allowed to carry out further viewings or submit further offers, this is based on the tenant fee act of 2019. I will speak to the lettings negotiators today regarding your issue.

Customer service is awful.We let our flat with them for a number of years and we could never get hold of anybody. The final crunch was the keys. At check out the inventory clerk took the keys back to the office and Brinkley's wanted £35.00 to post them out to us.Needless to say, we will not be using Brinkley's in the future.
