GoogleEllie and Rex were a pleasure to work with. And brickworks do have a knack for finding interesting and unusual properties! We bought an amazing maisonette in Dartmouth park and when we needed to leave years later we went straight back to them…we sold it for the price we wanted off market within a few weeks of telling them about it

GoogleWe were very impressed by Brickworks; it was a genuine pleasure to work with everyone on the team. My initial conversation with Ellie helped me believe it was possible to get our flat sold! I’d had many dark moments of doubt that we’d ever make it and the final sale exceeded all our expectations. I never thought I'd say this about an estate agent, but I'm so grateful for the personal service and all the support and advice. From getting our place into shape to the actual sale process. We simply couldn't have done it with out them.

Rex and Ellie are so incredibly different, they care about you, your taste, your finances . They are honest, kind and enthusiastic. I wish I could but another house just to work with them again😆. They made the experience so special, for us buyers and the seller . In this ever ending globalisation they make you feel unique and special and that your home counts. Ah, they also have beautiful homes and excellent taste.

We've bought and sold a lot over the years, but never have we used an estate agent that delivered such value and whose fee felt so well earned. We were recommended Brickworks by friends and soon realised why. GoogleWe've used Brickworks twice now to sell our houses. Rex and Ellie have a genuine understanding of what 'home' means. We liked the beautiful but not fake photography (later imitated by the big agencies locally), the honesty about pros and cons when selling. They are really good at finding buyers because of all this - genuine solid buyers. They were always willing to offer sound advice and to place themselves professionally between us and difficulties that arose in order to help see us through. I never thought I'd say this about estate agents, but they really are something special and good!

GoogleBrickworks were the estate agent for the house we were buying not selling, but they were so amazing and so much better than our estate agents that we felt compelled to write a review for them. They went above and beyond for us. Our experience with Brickworks was excellent and we’ve since recommended them to all our friends who have also raved about their experiences. They will definitely get the most out of your home and will make the whole house buying/selling experience much less stressful. Ellie really put her heart and soul into our purchase, it wouldn’t have happened without her! There’s only one agent we would consider for our next move :-)

GoogleResponsive, professional (but warm and friendly) and really went above and beyond for us. Despite securing a sale remarkably quickly (nice hustle Brickworks!) we had many a hiccup on the way - what with COVID and a uncommunicative solicitor. I genuinely don't know that our sale would have gone through if Ellie didn't stay close to it all and give us so much knowledge and guidance along the way. We wish them all the best with their business - while I was 'sold' on the stylised pics and quality of copy of our flat's listing it's actually the quality of care that now has me recommending them to anyone selling up. GoogleI loved how our property was transformed to show it's full potential. But the selling was a turn off. Lack of momentum. No ownership. And after paying a premium fee, no communication. Not living up to the values that attracted me to them in the first place. The selling bit left us with the feeling it was like purple bricks but with commission.
Hi Andy, We are very sorry to hear that our comms were less than adequate. We take this feedback seriously and will look into ensuring these improve. Overall, it was an exceptionally difficult and protracted sale by any standards because, as you know, multiple buyers pulled out subsequently due to bank down-valuations. This does happen, and while terribly bad luck, it is not something that we as agents have control over. Behind the scenes - and I hear you that you felt kept in the dark - the team worked tirelessly trying to keep things together and prevent the chain from collapsing each time. That said, and as you mention, the house was transformed so beautifully that we did get there in the end and sell for a record price when you look at local data. Hopefully, this fantastic financial outcome negates some of the experience, though again, please accept our sincere apologies if we fell short. It was not for lack of endeavour. They genuinely care about their clients, and have done everything that is possible to assist - they have gone way beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. Nothing seemed too much effort, whilst professionally dealing with anything requested of them. Absolutely a 5 star company, that we would recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe chose Brickworks to sell our house in North London as we heard they were genuinely decent people, and knew how to present the property in its best light. Our expectations were surpassed! Ellie, Rex and their team go out of their way to make the experience positive and enjoyable, but also know how to get the sale through. The house dressing and photography is exemplary, and also provide a ‘magazine quality’ set of photos to remember your home by. After filling a couple of Saturdays with viewings, we received multiple offers, securing a price we were happy with. It took us a while to find a new home, so relied on Brickwork’s people skills to maintain the interest. We will use Brickworks again and highly recommend them.

GoogleWe needed to sell our rental flat which required quite a lot of TLC and an injection of style. In addition, I was expecting twins and on a tight deadline! The two most important elements that Brickworks brought to the sale were the opportunity to give the flat a facelift, and furnish it, which the creative team did brilliantly, and then ensure a smooth and stress-free sale considering the circumstances. Brickworks achieved on both, and absolutely brought out the best in a once much-loved home. They did this in a timely manner and for a price we were very happy with.
