They give you a complete and personal service that you would never find at your typical high-street Estate Agents. GoogleThe team at Brickworks directed, managed and supported us through the very long and complex sale of our flat and were very reassuring through a very stressful time. They went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent, always at hand when needed and calm at all times. They really care about the people and homes they are working with. And are all super personable and friendly. Ellie has been amazingly supportive and is always there at the end of the phone, even since the sale! Thanks for everything you've done for us.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Brickworks in order to sell our house in Stoke Newington and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning I felt they had our best interests at heart. Not only did they stage the house beautifully for marketing and viewings but they also negotiated a decent price for us in what was a challenging market as demand was low due to high interest rates. Even when it came to the annoying/stressful parts of the conveyancing process they handled those moments impeccably. In the end we had a very happy buyer and seller! I can honestly say having done a few property transactions over the years that you won’t find a more ethical and trustworthy agent. The whole team: Ellie, Rex, Rutendo and Sarah were excellent throughout. Thank you Brickworks!

Ellie initially came to our house that we were selling and we had a really thorough meeting about our house and the market and we agreed on a valuation that we all felt really comfortable with. Ellie is amazing, really personable and likeable from the minute you meet her. We then met Rex and started the viewing process with the rest of the team. Again, I can’t talk more highly of Rex and the team. We ended the process of selling and buying as very happy clients and this is thanks to Brickworks! It’s a very special agency that we will absolutely use again.

GoogleWorking with Brickworks on the sale of our flat was an absolute delight throughout! The team was always available for questions, the interior design work they did on presenting the flat was amazing and we are actually working with the excellent solicitor they recommended to us on another transaction now. Anyone from the team was fun to engage with, punctual and reliable. When there was a hick-up with some buyers who suddenly came up with hard conditions we were unaware of agreeing upon their offer, they were there to mediate in a respectful manner to both sides. It was a genuine pleasure to sell our home with Ellie and Rutendo's support and we have since recommended their services to several friends without hesitation. Brickworks are genuine and passionate - they know what they are doing and really care about their clients, both buyers and sellers alike.

GoogleI highly recommend Brickworks and would like to thank them for all their hard work on our sale. Rex, Ellie, Rutendo and all the team were so supportive, professional and easily contactable at all times. We experienced a really challenging and complicated sales process for our shared ownership flat, most stressfully of all, our buyer pulled out at the last minute unexpectedly. Brickworks showed us exceptional care and helped us navigate constructive steps forward. They were always on hand for phone calls, assisted in getting the property back on the market quickly and, within a few weeks, we had three more interested parties and new higher offers on the table. The second sale went through quickly and we were extremely grateful for the support we were given at every step. We've experienced disreputable estate agents before, so the contrast of Brickworks' professionalism helped make the process much smoother, and we honestly couldn't have got through it without them. If you are looking for a great estate agency who truly care, have a beautiful design aesthetic and a personal touch - definitely use Brickworks!

GoogleIf you are reading this because you are deciding whether to work with Brickworks: absolutely go for it. Hire them. You'll be thankful you did. Our experience with Brickworks was refreshingly enjoyable and they exceeded all expectations. The team are remarkably un-estate-agenty in approach (no hard sell, no recycled generic marketing copy, no suits, and they truly understand the digital landscape) and are clearly passionate about what they do. Beautiful photography and styling, plus high quality copywriting, meant that our property was presented at its absolute best, and quickly attracted a good number of buyers that other agencies might not have reached. The team's professionalism and intelligence, coupled with excellent communication, meant that we felt thoroughly informed and supported. Our chain was somewhat complex for a number of reasons and this is exactly when you need a strong and responsive partner in the process. Many thanks to Rutendo, Rex and Ellie who were fantastic throughout.

GoogleBrickworks are just the best. Their communication is impeccable throughout the journey. Selling your much loved property is stressful, but they make it as stress free as is humanly possible. Their advice and guidance throughout is spot on - always wise, but not intrusive, and they are very quick to respond. They are so stylish and highlight the best in your property, but it’s honest and the descriptions have none of that annoying ‘estate agent’ speak.

GoogleWe had a viewing with Ellie earlier today. She did not even show us around the property; almost immediately she told us that someone else who is in a proceedable position is likely to make an offer, so it's unlikely we would be considered. It made us feel extremely unwelcome and like we were wasting her time. It's not about the fact that this information - which is obviously relevant - was shared with us; it's about how this was done. It seems very counterintuitive to be so dismissive of potential buyers, especially as an independent agency whose target market is people like us. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but the whole situation was just very uncomfortable.

We are aware of how awkward the viewing became and apologise for making you feel uncomfortable. It really wasn't the intention. We genuinely try to temper expectations for all our buyers; on the particular home you were viewing it was popular and busy. We had already had offers in by the time you arrived - we were concerned that you would feel we were wasting your time rather than the other way round. Clarification that only 'proceed-able' buyers should view the house at the point of booking, would have been helpful for you, rather than once you'd already arrived. We take this on board for the future. You're right that we are a small and independent estate agency and we take such reviews very seriously. We hope that you'll give us the opportunity to make it up to you in the future and that this response goes some way to explaining the misunderstanding.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Brickworks Estate Agents. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and consistently maintained excellent communication. What really stood out was how well they understood my personal needs, something that made the whole process feel much more human and less transactional. The team was genuinely compassionate and caring throughout, which made a huge difference. I always felt supported and listened to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

They provided great marketing for the flat, offered sensible advice without overpromising, gave a fair valuation, were competitively priced, had strong local knowledge, and maintained speedy communication throughout, and ultimately delivered a quick sale above the asking price.
