Even though I said never again, I forgot we owned another flat that needed to go. Obviously we chose Brickworks without hestitation. This time we also used the interior design service. This was absolutely incredible, resulting in the flat being completely revamped with exactly zero effort from us (we also chose to have minimal input in the design but I'm sure this is negotiable). The sale had all the usual rollercoaster moments, handled brilliantly by Brickworks. The only down side; this time I really think I won't need Brickworks services again. Thank you so much Ellie, Rex, Rutendo, Eden, Filipo, Sarah (sorry I've I know I've missed some people) ! I really can't recommend you more!!!!

I had been searching for almost 7 months for my first home and had already had a couple of failed sales. This was my third attempt, and by far the smoothest transaction I’ve experienced. From the offer stage, Rex was incredibly reassuring and gave me clear guidance. I really appreciated this as I was feeling pretty fragile from my previous two attempts and it made me feel taken care of and confident in sticking with Brickworks. Rutendo and Sinead have been brilliant throughout the process. They’ve always kept me updated, proactively chased other parties when needed, and clearly worked together to get everything over the line. Their communication with my solicitor and I, and their organisation made a huge difference. If I ever decide to sell my home in the future, I will 100% come back to work with Brickworks!

Working with Brickworks on the sale of my flat in SE London, was a delight from start to finish. From the initial valuation with Ellie, it didn't feel like the usual estate agent experience. The pictures and copy captured the feeling I had felt in my home, (so much so I questioned whether selling was actually the right idea as it made me fall in love with it all over again!) They sold the flat on the first day of viewings, and after loosing my buyer quite far down the line, they resold it again within a couple of weeks. Rutendo was a pleasure to deal with and kept the process smooth and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about selling.

The experience with brickworks was amazing. After a week on the market, we had three offers all over asking, it was such a relief. Went to see a property with Eden from brickworks. She told me to look around on my own, whilst she carried on with her head in a computer. When I asked a question she couldn’t answer it. Said she’d ask the agents tomorrow. Then she said I didn’t have time to show my daughter the property ,as the agents were making a decision on purchasers tomorrow. Not a way to sell a property. As a company they should have allowed me to show my daughter , they didnt know or even ask, if I could afford to go over asking price, or If I was a cash buyer, Wouldn’t want them selling my house, knowing they pay no attention to people walking round my property. They also charge over the recommended selling price saying they offered more to their service. Mmm, really, what exactly do they offer that other agents don’t.

Where to start! We bought and sold via Brickworks and we can't thank them enough for how brilliant they were... Brickworks made all the pieces of the buying and selling jigsaw fit together perfectly, for every party involved, which is no mean feat. Throughout the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new family home - the one we had mentally moved into as soon as we entered the front door - Ellie was always a phone call away, to offer sound and fair advice; we may have mentally moved into the new house but we had to accept that there was a lot of interest from other parties and, furthermore, that the seller of our new house was also their client. The fairness and transparency with which Brickworks operates shone throughout. On a final, but very important note, the photographs of our old house and our new home looked like they could have been featured in an interiors magazine. Needless to say, lots of viewings were booked in. We sold our old house in less than a week, with multiple offers. Thank you, thank you Brickworks!

I was recommended Brickworks by a friend, as I was selling my house as the result of a separation, and the situation felt painful and delicate. As soon as I met Ellie, I knew I would be choosing Brickworks: I felt complete confidence that she would not only get me the best price for my house, but also, that all the many interactions I would need to have with her along the way would be clear and transparent. I was not disappointed! Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to or meeting from Brickworks was a joy. From the photographic team to the receptionist, every call email and message was cheery and polite. There was always someone charming and competent on the end of the phone for every eventuality!. When the photographs were sent over for my approval, I was delighted. The photographers took considerable trouble to make sure each shot was perfectly lit and tastefully constructed. It was absolutely my house... but it had never looked better. The house went on the market on Tuesday. By Wednesday all 12 viewing slots for the following Saturday were full, and every one of the viewers was in a strong position to proceed immediately - ie they had already exchanged or completed or were cash purchasers. On the day, another couple desperate to get in, but who had not been able to get a slot, stood on the doorstep and waited for a gap in the schedule to come in!. By Monday morning we had three asking price offers and one of £50k over. By Tuesday we had agreed the sale. When we hit issues down the road over issues raised in the survey, Ellie handled the negotiations between the purchaser and myself with great skill. Her honestly and directness with both parties, eased us through potentially difficult moments and we moved through it swiftly. I've moved several times, so I do know estate agents. Brickworks are a cut above. Immaculate on trend presentation, outstanding client care, and very fair fees. It's a win win. Thank you Brickworks.

Brickworks exemplify why you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to paying for estate agency. Simply put, their service is above and beyond. Are they more expensive than your average high street agent? Likely, yes. But that’s because they are far beyond the perimeters of their competition. You get what you pay for. Ellie, Rex, Rutendo and team from the get go were exceptional. In our initial meeting with Ellie, it was so refreshing to have an agent come and tell us the truth about the market, provide us with realistic, strategic advisory , have someone who could really get even the most subtle design details we’d poured into our home, and on top of that (and totally out of scope) be at hand to support us in negotiations for our next property. By throwing our trust into the team, they priced our property strategically and sensitively, it sold within a day with multiple offers at well over asking. Their marketing team come at hand with an interiors stylist and lifestyle photographer who are heads and shoulders above your standard bish, bash bosh photography team, spending hours curating your space and making it look nothing short of editorial worthy. The devil’s in the detail and for Brickworks, detail is their forte. Throughout the team were kind, patient, friendly and provided us with timely updates and fast responses. No question was too stupid and no ask too far. We couldn’t have felt more supported at every turn and we have been recommending them like wildfire. We’d sell our next home with them in a heartbeat.

When I came to sell my flat, I did not look forward to the prospect of paying a hefty fee to some Glengarry Glen Ross type so he could take a bunch of washed-out photos and then spend four months alternately ghosting me and lying to me. Thank god, there is now a way to avoid that. After using Brickworks, I would never, ever go back to a typical estate agent, it is absolutely night and day. Beautiful listings, warm, diligent people, and they sold my flat the first morning of viewings. The percentage they take is probably higher than your cheapest local outfit, but I'm pretty sure it pays for itself because they make the property look so good, even apart from the stress you save.
