GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Rented for a flat in Steedman Street for a year. First of all, professional cleaning was still being carried out on the day of move-in. Agent was being super RUDE on the phone and asked me “so do you want a clean flat or not?”. It wasn't even cleaned properly and I found a used underwear under my mattress!! Two of the heaters were broken and NEVER FIXED till the day we move out! Please be careful when you rent, they would actually charge you for screws and damages that you did not make when you move out!! (Currently going through adjudication with third party to get our deposit back) Please please AVOID this agent at all cost unless you want to live in a cold room for the whole winter and getting paid for something you did not damage!!!!

On looking for a new flat we contacted Ruggero and he showed us around on two occasions, he then started the ball rolling helping us greatly in what could have been a very complicated move. His support allowed us to move in hassle free and very quickly.
Tim took over at the end to finalise everything and along with Michelle proved that the Black Katz team know what they're doing and offer fantastic service,
I do believe we have found the perfect flat for us, thank you Ruggero, Tim and Michelle.

GoogleWould highly recommend these agents. Was shown a few properties by Sandro on Friday who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When at very short notice I wished to view one of these properties the next day on Saturday, both Sandro and Tim went out of their way to let us see the property. They were very helpful in helping us make an offer on this property and contact the landlord with the necessary requirements. GoogleWorst lettings agency in London!!! Don’t use them if you’re a first time renting student. They pass the book on every problem. We have lived with our shower leaking into the kitchen for 4 months and everytime the engineer has come they do nothing. The previous tenants moved in with the same problem and they lived here for 2 years. The same problem for 2 1/2 years. Management are rude and they are unprofessional.

We have thoroughly investigated the issue of your review and very strongly feel that your review is not fair or reasonable.
1. On the previous tenancy there was a leak, and this was resolved.
2. You reported a leak from the bathroom to the kitchen. We authorised a contractor to attend, contractor attended and prepared a report, report was subsequently authorised, contractor attended and resolved the leak.
When you reported the leak you included an abusive email which is simply not necessary . We have zero tolerance where an abusive email is sent to our staff.
The leak has now been fixed and we hope you can now enjoy your tenancy.
