Shocking Practice

We had videos of a property and an offer accepted, put down the holding deposit as per requirements. Only to be told, the price had changed (by around 200pcm) and we didn’t have the flat.Incredibly poor service, should not have taken a deposit if this was the case. Then it took them over a week to return the greater than £400 deposit. Cowboy-esc structure to the company in this regard. Would avoid if you can.

Athina has been a star in helping us through our issues and we have had something or the other coming up in the apartment since we moved in. Having Athina has made a drastic difference since the prior person was not at all responsive. Athina is always respectful and courteous in her communication and willing to go the extra mile for the tenants. It makes a significant difference. Thank you for all your help.

negative experience with the property manager. Kept trying to charge us for every repair ever since we decided to move out. Every encounter has been unpleasant. Their letting team was good and helpful. They do response to your issues rather quickly but always slide with the landlord and try to make you pay. Was asked to do a full deep cleaning of the pipes in the rented property after the plumber has unblocked the pipes. Would not show proof when the pipes were last deep cleaned. Condescending tones that accuse us of messing up everything in our ten month stay.

The team headed by Anna Kaplan did a brilliant job for us handling the end of one lease and securing a new tenant. All was done seamlessly. Excellent Service

We rent our apartment we these guys. Had excellent service from George who we viewed the property with. We have had a few little issues and Tanya Karachorova the Property Manager has been super efficient (new dishwasher supplied and fitted in a few days for example) very helpful and friendly.
