I would recommend Benham & Reeves , we have used them for many years for renting our property in Highbury North London , they always give a first class service very proactive and honest advice. From day one when they started renting out our property I don't think we have ever had more than a couple of weeks of a void period if that. They carry out all the due diligence on the tenants and to date have all been professional people. I would like to make a special mention to Ivan Hrissimov who I have built up a good working relationship over the years.

Horrendous company. Even worse lettings negotiators!! Especially Dele Lawal!! At what point does the boy not realise that prospective clients pay both the company’s and his financial remuneration. A really lax negotiator who seemingly has no interest in letting properties. No communication skills, no customer service skills and above all a lack of customer service! I would not recommend this company if they were the last lettings agent on the planet!!

GoogleMy move with Benham and Reeves was really great. Jeffrey assisted me in renting a property in Poplar , he was really helpful and he did work out the best deal for me. William was assigned the property manager and he is very helpful and responsive. He goes the extra mile and tried to get things sorted. Ensure I have received notifications for any heating/hot water issues, addresses the complaints raised to him super quick. He also visited the property to ensure everything is running smooth, appreciate all his help and support throughout our stay. When i first bought the property ,B&R found my first tenant who stayed there more than ten years without any problems. Then ,they found the second tenant who is also very reliable. On top of that, whenever there is any problem with the plumbing, electricity etc, B&R take immediate action to fix it! Ms Lisa-Jane Stratton is very efficient! Highly recommended!

Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages our flat rental. We recently had to re-let our flat after the tenants gave notice just before Christmas. Raj managed to find new tenants quickly and efficiently.
