Very helpful finding a flat, quick to respond, helpful in negotiating. However, very slow in releasing the deposit. It was like pulling teeth. Impossible to get the property manager on the phone (tried many many times), they are slow to respond to emails.

Hi Matthew, I have fully investigated this and the issues were down to the complexity of wiring at your rented property. We share your frustration regarding this.Your issue was reported to the Block Management very quickly and followed up speedly.I have looked at all the correspondence and I think we did our best under the unusual circumstances and we really worked hard to try and act as go between to resolve everthing as best we could but this matter was completely outside of our control.
