GoogleI cant thank Abel enough for really for going the extra mile yesterday and coming to my flat at 8pm to help me get my heating and hot water back on. I realise how simple it is now and wish I'd listened when Abel showed me when i moved in...promise it wont happen again. But its amazing to know that Benham negotiators care so much that they come out so late at night to help...

We had videos of a property and an offer accepted, put down the holding deposit as per requirements. Only to be told, the price had changed (by around 200pcm) and we didn’t have the flat.Incredibly poor service, should not have taken a deposit if this was the case. Then it took them over a week to return the greater than £400 deposit. Cowboy-esc structure to the company in this regard. Would avoid if you can.
