Great service in Hampstead

Great service from mrs. Sagit Gavish, Hampstead. We came in on a monday late afternoon just before closing time, asking for flats in the area, and had only Tuesday for viewings. We got great service from mrs. Sagit Gavish, showing 4 good flats and a lot of nice extra information for our daughter. Finally we signed one flat in Notting Hill.

It has been a privilege to work with Leonardo Silva. He was always very helpful and smart, detecting our preferences in our search for a property and taking us to the right ones. He only presented houses that matched our requirements in order to spare us time. A very kind and talented professional. I will definitely recommend him to my colleagues.

We have been very impressed by the services provided by Lenka, Andrew and Charlotte. Their Responsiveness and client centric approach is particularly appreciated given we are non resident landlords and need to overcome the challenges presented by time zones etc. Well done. Glad that we have this capable team helping us.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Agent didn’t turn up to viewing.

Had a viewing booked for an apartment and travelled nearly two hours to view it. Turned up and no agent was there, and I didn’t even get a call to say if it had been cancelled/if the flat had been taken. Tried calling them several times but nobody answered. Massive waste of time.

One of the team called Andrew helped me look for a property earlier this year. He was extremely helpful and whilst I didn’t go ahead with the properties he showed me, he provided a lot of advice and has a great knowledge of the area. Would definitely recommend him and his team.PositiveProfessionalism
