TrustpilotArrogant agency
Initial screening and referencing process is long, absurd and demeaning for the tenant, lacking any kind of empathy. The tenant has no rights whatsoever, only obligations. Avoid!

GoogleI recently bought two apartments for investment purposes through Pierce at Behr and Butchoff. Both purchases proceeded smoothly, and throughout he was efficient, easily contactable and above all honest. He didnβt exaggerate and he didnβt try to hard sell. I will shortly be looking to buy a third property, and Pierce will be my first point of call.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
