GoogleUsed Sadiq as my mortgage advisor. He has been great throughout the whole process. Great communication and solid advice. Nice guy all round, would recommend. Also a shout out to Karim, who showed me around a few properties to begin with, who will anticipate your needs and will try and match you with a right property. Sound guy, who could drive around Putney blindfolded.

TrustpilotBarnard Marcus is an awful company
Barnard Marcus is an awful company, treating customers as they please. They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit. Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.

TrustpilotTenacious and thorough. Batting hard for clients
We had a pretty torrid time trying to sell our property when the tenants refuse to leave and damaged the house. Bernard Marcus stayed on the case and remained incredibly patient with the sales process and even after a price was agreed Kelly within that office in Ealing tenaciously contacted all constituent parties almost on the daily basis to speed up an otherwise excessively long process. They absolutely earned their fee and I was delighted to have them in our corner during a drawn out sales process which was no fault of ours or Barnard Marcus.

GoogleI've used Barnard Marcus' services for around 10 years. Bar a small blip a year ago when a key staff change meant they lost their way, their service has been excellent. TrustpilotAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Paid company full management fees - failed to ask tenant to sign new contract, failed to notify us as Landlord. Tenant left early - huge amount of property damage. Barnard Marcus got all the quotes for remedial works and then failed to present to Ombudsman. Consequently we lost deposit and had to bear loss of rental income and all damage. Totally awful unprofessional deceitful company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Megan has gone above and beyond to help me. She always kept in touch, she has been reassuring and always approachable and professional. When she went on holiday, she put me in contact with her colleague Courtney as prior to her going away, I saw a property advertised that I really wanted. Spoke to Danny in Thornton Heath office to arrange to view a property for sale. He was rude and unpleasant from the get go. It was obvious to me that he has an attitude problem and his manner was rude and abrupt throughout the conversation.He offered an 11am viewing on Saturday and I politely asked him if he could make it a bit later and his response was to hang up on me! How rude! I phoned back and reluctantly accepted 11am but he continued to be rude and unpleasant. My partner attended the viewing(I was held up) and Danny was rude and unpleasant to her as well! Where do they get these people from?!I have had problems with Barnard Marcus,Thornton Heath before. The staff are rude and unpleasant and I would advise you to avoid this agent.

GoogleBarnard Marcus have been incredibly helpful given the state of the current market. Somehow we managed to view our flat and then move in all within 7 days. The service from Yvette and Azhar has been amazing; they have worked very hard and fast to make our move as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this service.
