Such a poor service and you cannot reach anyone on the phone! We placed an offer for a house in Tooting and no one has got back after numerous emails and calls! Shocking and clearly their loss!

They don't come across as very professional, quite sloppy. Never used them before. I was thinking of bidding in one of their auctions. £1150 fees if you are successful, regardless of the actual amount.

GoogleTried to sell a flat through them and just got 6 months of hassle and the deal fell through. They mentioned that since they charge 2.5% commission they would give superior service which is not the case. SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW PAR! Daniel
