I had the best experience with Priscilla Mohanarajah from Barnard Marcus, she was amazing through out the stressful process of finding the right mortgage, what i really appreciate in Priscilla performance is she understood the pressure and fears a buyer can feel during the process , she was assuring, patient and very helpful. Also I admire her follow up even after she done her part.

I wish I had read these reviews before starting a tenancy managed by BM. As you can see from these reviews, the agency is a complete mess and nightmare. I won't bore you with the details, but after a year of living with mould, overflowing sewage, and occasional rodents I'm quite surprised they stay in business. They say they will do things and then they don't do them. Complete liars.

Absolutely incompetent, unprofessional and have no idea or what they are doing. Landlords and tenants need to stay far away from them as possible.There system is rediculously unorganised. Judging by all the reviews I'm not the only one that believes so. Should of been given a thorough breakdown of the funds given for fees and the deposit right at the beginning, and they should of have it on there record.

Brian at Barnard Marcus could not have been more helpful. We are a charity who had been gifted land in and we decided to sell at auction. We had no experience in this field whatsoever and Brian kindly guided us through the whole process from start to finish with a ended up with a fantastic result at auction.

Worst company for landlords, they don't pay rent on time, they don't chase tenants for overdue rent until you as a landlord follow up. They don't check the property. They are useless worse company I have ever paid to let my property.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Barnard Marcus at Clapham Junction last year purchasing a house. Unprofessional, dishonest and rude doesn’t even scratch the surface.If you have the chance to avoid- avoid!I was lied to by their sales agent and only after speaking directly with the seller did their deception become clear.

My experience is on the lettings side. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. Incompetent to a level that is almost unbelievable. And on top of their incompetence they are rude and harass you with calls even after you have stopped doing business with them. Avoid at all costs.

Tragic service and responsiveness. Reported a broken thermostat before Christmas, understood that because of the holiday period and maintenance availability it might take a while to get stuff sorted. It is now the 1st of February, our thermostat is still not changed, but our boiler has just gone as well and I have little-no faith that this will get sorted promptly. Avoid unless desperate for a property.

Booked a viewing a couple weeks ago, from the beginning the agent ola or olah smelled of paraphernalia and Body odours.His breath especially was the ticking time bomb I felt like a dragon was breathing all over me. Very messy and unofficial. Definitely off putting, It resulted in me going down the road to another lettings agent.

A property with 4 bedrooms semidetached two entrance in SW17 , despite reducing from 2300 to 1700 did not let. But worse was removed the property with fake reasons without telling the landlord from the zoopla , most probably just to show the weeks to rent showing less on the zoopla. also hardly returns the messages, judge yourself IS THERE ANY WORSE AGENT

Very disappointing, sent inquiry form right move, took 24hrs to respond back and insisted i see their mortgage advisor face to face before viewing property.Convinced them i required a small mortgage and wish to see the property first. Booked me in and no confirmation email, just ignored.

TrustpilotAwful customer experience - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Customer service experience was absolutely appalling, when it came to close a rental contract. The company did not inform us (tenants) about the deposit release procedure accurately and we had to follow up constantly to make sure the process of releasing the tenant deposit is kicked off. I have rented quite a few properties in London in the past 10 years, but Barnard Marcus was the worst experience!

GoogleI had trouble initially in finding a flat to rent, apparently the market for studios is very fast at this time of the year. Yuri at Barnard Marcus was very helpful in finding me new options. The rental process was relatively smooth, although there had been slight delays in getting the contract all set out. I'm very happy with the flat I ended up renting.

GoogleWe moved to London with my wife and we had the best of the experiences with Yuri and Andreja to rent our first apartment. They are really nice people and really helpful. They made the impossible to help us to moved to the place we picked as soon as possible to avoid expending much in a temporary place. We are really happy. Thank you a lot!

The evening before the auction I was notified the property I was following had its starting price increased by £30k! I'd not of even entertained giving them a deposit to bid at the new price. House sold for above market value despite needing extensive work? Very suspicious. Let's hope the deposit comes back easy?

Do not do business with them wether you are selling or buying.Do not work for this people, they underpay, over work, disrespect, plenty of words game to trap you, every conversation is a doc to sign for them to then chase you back. Fake environment and no management, just appearance.

Beware Andreja Kmetovic in lettings west Kensington. Dishonest and does not respond to emails when complaints are made. Took money from our account which went against what was promised. Following up in small claims court.Refused to give our tennant's a refund for overpaid rent (+1k).Whole branch refused to respond to emails. Or give any direction where to send complaints to.

Barnard Marcus Estate Agents This estate agents has no integrity they constantly place their billboard outside my flat which belongs to a Housing Association block of flats which has no tenants that have purchased their flats in Forest Hill London. Property management was almost unreachable when we had the issue at property .They will never fix the issue in property on time instead they drag it for long time. I would not advise anyone to go with this agency for rental property.
