Elliot, Sash and Matt at the South Croydon branch wEre incredible. With a challenging solicitor working on behalf of the buyer of my property, they were so patient, efficient and informative. Elliot deserves a special mention as he kept me informed at every stage, showed empathy and commitment throughout the whole process. Highly recommended from a very happy seller 😊

Met up with Jocelyn from the Croydon branch (lovely young lady and well mannered) and she was extremely informative about the structure of the property that we viewed and easily made me and my Wifes decision much easier than expected.

They took the £500 deposit successfully enough. After that all they delivered were excuses and delays. The young lad (manager, apparently) thinks he knows everything and we're too stupid to see his lies. Avoid if you can, but if you want the property, you want the property. Just deal with them in writing. Then you have something to hold them to.

I was dealing with dagmara Madej at the Mitcham branch. And I tell you something I’ve sold and bought many houses and dealt with many Agents, and she’s far the most best person I’ve worked with in selling my property and the finding the best property that suit me. She’s amazing! 😀

It was great dealing with Priscilla Mohanarajah, once all the documents were sorted it was simple to work out the best offer for myself and to submit the application. The mortgage itself and valuation were done promptly and I was impressed at the speed all things got done. Would recommend!

Very poor communication, no understanding of the tenants deposit scheme quoting wrong information and not paying in time, still not received. And not replying to emails and answerphone messages. Do not use. This was the Sutton branch

Save your nerves, do not use this company. They confirmed that they are ready for exchange but then there were some inquiries to be processed, they could not communicate with the chain properly, as result we lost £2500 in the stamp duty by missing the discount period end.

I would leave a negative star if I could! Horrible people. They don’t have basic courtesy. Rude on calls and in our last interaction they were literally shouting at us on phone. Highly incompetent staff who know nothing about the property. And they treat tenants like second class citizens.

Got told by an employee that there would be a refund in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later we are still chasing this. 3 different people told us a different story. They can take money really easily but getting a refund is something they probably never heard off.

GoogleAbsolute clown team. The person with the Australian accent cannot be trusted and needs to be avoided by all means. I would fire him immediately. I guess to be a good estate agent you have to be a good liar. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THESE LOT. AVOID!!

GoogleThe team at Barnard Marcus, Ealing, especially the sales agent directly responsible for the property we were purchasing, James, were brilliant. It was a very long and frustrating purchase due to reasons beyond their control but they remained supportive and persistent in their efforts during this time. I’d highly reccomend working with them.

The worst agency I have ever dealt with in London. I wouldn’t even know where to begin to talk about the issues both me as a tenant and my landlord have had. Incompetent people, liars, corner cutters, lack all types of communication skills. Avoid avoid avoid. Especially the Wandsworth branch.

The experience from Barnard Marcus is the worst I have ever had. From day one, the service has been absolutely appalling. A number of mistakes were made, emails were not replied to and processes were not followed. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.
