Jack Whiley and Tom Ridge are doing a great job of navigating the current market and were very professional throughout the process. I’d reccomend them and use them again - this is already the second property I have purchased through this branch with Jack! :-)

GoogleThe agent took us in his car to see several flats, all of which were appropriate to our requirements. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Once we had made our offer, he kept in touch, responding quickly to emails and doing all he could to facilitate the process. Particular praise for the manager Jack Whiley.

I have on several occasions been interested in property for auction by Barnard Marcus, however as a buyer I have experienced terrible service, many times not even receiving a reply to emails. Sellers with properties under 500,00 should look elsewhere in my opinion

Instructed repair work done, but 4 months, nothing done!Saying “it’s not our responsibility”Any appliances not working. Say “ not normal work to check appliance”4 months! Nothing done. Loss 4 months of income!

Poor customer service, complete lack of information on flat purchase, staff just don't seem bothered at all that information that massively affects the purchase gets sent, they don't bother responding to requests and information in a timely manner. Overall a complete lack of respect for their customers
