I tried to gather more information for a property I potentially wanted to bid on however the lack of interest shown from the agent was very surprising. If I ever have a property to auction I certainly would stay clear of this company.

GoogleElliot and Sashan at Barnard Marcus were extremely helpful when I purchased a property in Battersea. The sellers was quite particular but they worked very closely with my solicitor to complete the sale very quickly and with minimum fuss. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. 5 stars

Incredibly poor service. They didn’t help fix any of the problems with my flat, of which there was loads. They will try find any reason to overcharge you. Absolutely awful estate agent I couldn’t recommend it less. 1/10

Poor customer service, complete lack of information on flat purchase, staff just don't seem bothered at all that information that massively affects the purchase gets sent, they don't bother responding to requests and information in a timely manner. Overall a complete lack of respect for their customers

Not sure if the estate agent wants to sell the advertised properties. I called them twice to view two different properties. They say they will call back with details and nothing happens after that. Perplexed!!!

Very poor service, Delays not responding your phone calls.If you would like to loose your deposit then you should use Barnard Marcus because they would not stick to your agreement with them and Marcus Barnard will cause you trouble and expenses .

Very poor service. Conveniently not updating that a tenant had vacated a property prior to auction. Adding a buyers fee in the legal documents for commercial property auctions.Be very careful with BM, they could very expensive for naive clients.

GoogleReally pleased with the service Barnard Marcus provided for the sale of our flat near Clapham Junction. Craig’s knowledge of the market was very accurate and Roy and Rob did a great job with viewings.
