GoogleRight from the initial meeting with Dominic and Dara and instructing them to sell my property, I felt totally relaxed and confident that the property would be sold, and they did in about 10 weeks. So really pleased with the result and would highly recommend this team to my friends and anyone reading this review to make up their minds.

GoogleI was a buyer and wasn’t pleased with their service. Important messages weren’t passed to the vendor and completion was delayed for weeks, had to chase every week and for every matter, really slow and inefficient.

They took the £500 deposit successfully enough. After that all they delivered were excuses and delays. The young lad (manager, apparently) thinks he knows everything and we're too stupid to see his lies. Avoid if you can, but if you want the property, you want the property. Just deal with them in writing. Then you have something to hold them to.

It was great dealing with Priscilla Mohanarajah, once all the documents were sorted it was simple to work out the best offer for myself and to submit the application. The mortgage itself and valuation were done promptly and I was impressed at the speed all things got done. Would recommend!

I would leave a negative star if I could! Horrible people. They don’t have basic courtesy. Rude on calls and in our last interaction they were literally shouting at us on phone. Highly incompetent staff who know nothing about the property. And they treat tenants like second class citizens.

Got told by an employee that there would be a refund in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later we are still chasing this. 3 different people told us a different story. They can take money really easily but getting a refund is something they probably never heard off.

Poor communication and forceful sales tactics. Receiving multiple unwanted sales calls and after reporting this, I was told I was rude and the member of staff put the phone down on me.
