GoogleBarnard Marcus have made the sale of our house stress free and have bent over backwards to make things happen when we have so many other commitments. Barnard Marcus broker, Dara Scefi, really went that extra mile in helping to secure a new house for us and I wouldn’t hesitate using Barnard Marcus again in the future. The price is very responsible too. Many thanks to all of Barnard Marcus team.

Fantastic experience with Eva and Leon. We sold and bought through them. They were highly effective in a challenging market. Above all else, when the sale had been agreed, they worked so hard to get it over the line. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I used Barnard Marcus to find a tenant for my flat. After a number of years my tenant moved out and I needed to release the deposit (set up by Barnard Marcus) They demanded an up front payment of £2955.95) - more than the deposit. These people are dishonest do not use them

Lost out on an ideal location because staff at the mitcham office failed to phone me back. I phoned them on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Each time receiving a promise that I would get a call back except on Wednesday afternoon when I called back for the second time that day and was told that the house went under offer that day.

Terrible management and communication by the manager at the feltham branch they dont respond to any emails or phone calls. As a landlord i accept to be paid monthly and checks on the property however this was not the case I would not recommend them to manage any property and unfortunately I now had to change agencies.

GoogleExcellent services from Linas. He got me tenants for my flat in Edgware Green while the other agents were dithering and advising on lowering expectations. I have engaged him to find tenants for another property in North Greenwich after he got my son a tenant for his Wembley Park flat.. Always positive, enthusiastic and contactable, I would recommend him/ his co. to anyone who is looking for an Estate agent in London.

I wish I had read these reviews before starting a tenancy managed by BM. As you can see from these reviews, the agency is a complete mess and nightmare. I won't bore you with the details, but after a year of living with mould, overflowing sewage, and occasional rodents I'm quite surprised they stay in business. They say they will do things and then they don't do them. Complete liars.

Absolutely incompetent, unprofessional and have no idea or what they are doing. Landlords and tenants need to stay far away from them as possible.There system is rediculously unorganised. Judging by all the reviews I'm not the only one that believes so. Should of been given a thorough breakdown of the funds given for fees and the deposit right at the beginning, and they should of have it on there record.

Brian at Barnard Marcus could not have been more helpful. We are a charity who had been gifted land in and we decided to sell at auction. We had no experience in this field whatsoever and Brian kindly guided us through the whole process from start to finish with a ended up with a fantastic result at auction.

I tried to get in contact with an agent called Vidas 3 times with regards to a rental property he showed us but he completely blanked the correspondence. Worst company for landlords, they don't pay rent on time, they don't chase tenants for overdue rent until you as a landlord follow up. They don't check the property. They are useless worse company I have ever paid to let my property.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Barnard Marcus at Clapham Junction last year purchasing a house. Unprofessional, dishonest and rude doesn’t even scratch the surface.If you have the chance to avoid- avoid!I was lied to by their sales agent and only after speaking directly with the seller did their deception become clear.

My experience is on the lettings side. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. Incompetent to a level that is almost unbelievable. And on top of their incompetence they are rude and harass you with calls even after you have stopped doing business with them. Avoid at all costs.

Tragic service and responsiveness. Reported a broken thermostat before Christmas, understood that because of the holiday period and maintenance availability it might take a while to get stuff sorted. It is now the 1st of February, our thermostat is still not changed, but our boiler has just gone as well and I have little-no faith that this will get sorted promptly. Avoid unless desperate for a property.

Booked a viewing a couple weeks ago, from the beginning the agent ola or olah smelled of paraphernalia and Body odours.His breath especially was the ticking time bomb I felt like a dragon was breathing all over me. Very messy and unofficial. Definitely off putting, It resulted in me going down the road to another lettings agent.

A property with 4 bedrooms semidetached two entrance in SW17 , despite reducing from 2300 to 1700 did not let. But worse was removed the property with fake reasons without telling the landlord from the zoopla , most probably just to show the weeks to rent showing less on the zoopla. also hardly returns the messages, judge yourself IS THERE ANY WORSE AGENT

Very disappointing, sent inquiry form right move, took 24hrs to respond back and insisted i see their mortgage advisor face to face before viewing property.Convinced them i required a small mortgage and wish to see the property first. Booked me in and no confirmation email, just ignored.
