In over 40 years of buying and selling property in several regions of the UK,America,Greece and France we have never experienced such low standards. Incompetent, innaccurate,uncommunicative and discourteous.To add insult to injury, a failure to even achieve an offer on the property in over two months.

The things we been through and the nerve cells we burned whilst renting through out Barkingside branch is unexplainable. We were also entered into different contract and are probably going to court as froudulent things has happened inside there. Try to avoid, to save time and nerves.

I have been charged twice for reletting fee, asked and email Joseph Sharman many times but still no response since 12/04/2023 and 22/04/2023.

Bairstow eves estate agents left 90% of the viewings of the property that I was selling, to me to do. Communication with Bairstow eves, I found, was really difficult. I would definitely not recommend anyone use Bairstow eves estate agents.

absolutely rubbish! avoid! sales and mortgage advisers are all useless! Sales are trying to push us to exchange contract even the vendor doesn't have colored lease plan and I consider myself lucky if I can get hold of the mortgage adviser after 100 phone calls.

Good communication - handled my purchase well. Losing one star as the Solicitors firm they suggest to their clients (sellers) are very poor communicators, which ultimately slowed down the process. Otherwise all good
