Would just like to say a big thank you to Lisa Brookes.I would recommend anyone looking for good customer care, attention to detail and a professional and personalised experience to Lisa. An amazing listener which was duly noted as Im quite literal and very black and white person. She understood my position thus far and how I was not happy or satisfied. Did not complain or was rude but took me on and made it her mission to get me processed and through the system as quick as possible. Because of this I now have the accommodation I want. Was very close to taking my business elsewhere. Amber brown was very professional in the viewing and answered my queries.At first I wasn’t sure whether to leave a review due to certain difficulties I came up against whilst dealing with Bairstoweves but the way Lisa took on my case and made it her mission to turn my experience around was outstanding and should be an example.

We're really pleased with this estate agent. We had approached others who did not think we could get the price we wanted for our property but Danny Duarte was confident from the outset. He was realistic and honest in his approach which was reassuring for us. It did not take long before we had an offer and Danny was really good at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. He did lots of liaising with the buyer and his solicitor and resolved issues that were causing delay to ensure we were able to complete on the date we wanted. We would definitely recommend Bairstow Eve's and Danny Duarte in particular to anyone looking to sell their property!

I can’t recommend this agent more highly. I deliberated whether to opt for the online package or full service whereby the estate agents fully support the sale of the property. Kieran Thomas was the agent allocated to my sale and his professional and honest approach influenced my decision to opt for handing over full command to him and trusting that he would deliver his optimistic pitch and sell my home swiftly! I was not disappointed. He worked extremely hard, was efficient, reliable and most impressively ensured that he communicated with me every step of the way, which for me was so helpful and assuring . Thanks to the superhero trio comprising Jade, Amy, and Joseph, our Christmas miracle came true! Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, leaving us with nothing but smiles.Now, here's the twist: the only hiccup we encountered was the moving-in gift box they provided. Can you believe it? 0.0% beer! It's like they were trying to test our resolve. Almost had us deducting a star from our rating! But hey, let's not dwell on that minor blip. Bairstow eves Wanstead had a great collection of properties to rent in the South Woodford areas and we did quite a few viewings with them. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting student property through Bairstow Eves based on our experience at 14 Devonshire Promenade this year. During the middle of winter, our house was left without heating for three weeks, which is completely unacceptable, especially in freezing conditions. We were initially told we would receive compensation for this, but that promise was later withdrawn without proper explanation.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDI recently had the displeasure of dealing with Bairstow Eves Letting Agents, and it was an experience that left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, their incompetence and lack of professionalism were evident, with countless issues that made the entire rental process extremely cumbersome.The most glaring flaw was Jason, Freddie and Jessica's abysmal communication skills. They were consistently unresponsive, failing to return calls, emails, and messages promptly. It often felt like we were chasing them for necessary information, updates, or even simple questions. This lack of communication created unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time.Unreasonable Charges: The letting agency imposed exorbitant fees and charges for their services, without any tangible value in return, leaving us feeling exploited and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency in their fee structure only added insult to injury.Overall, my experience with Bairstow Eves Letting Agents was nothing short of a nightmare. I whole heartedly recommend you stay away from this agent. It will be be a full time job managing their mistakes and you will get no communication or action from them. At the end of renting a property you will find they don’t provide the proof of deposit and in effect you can’t get your money back as a landlord. So even after finishing contract with them you will be clearing up all kinds of legal messes and find they have done nothing and taken your money. The most frustrating thing ever in your life.
