GoogleMyself and a friend have recently used Bairstow Eves to find a two bedroom flat in Bow. Moving with Bairstow was a very pleasant experience. Moving is often quite tricky and stressful and this was no different a couple of issues did arise, having said this Adam the agent looking after us did a great job at resolving all of our issues in a timely manner. GoogleFive stars to the Bow team! My partner and I had been looking for a new home for 8 months + and were running low on hope. We had been disheartened by the madness of the market in Hackney, and the really terrible experiences we'd had from estate agents. We thought we were going to have to reassess our expectations on standard of property and location. Step in Karl and Vitalii at Bairstow Eves. First place they showed us is where we are now living. It's perfect for us, thanks to them taking the time to understand what we are after and ensuring we got to see it ahead of the crowds. It felt like they were on our side from the beginning, and made the whole process a breeze. Really lovely guys - couldn't thank them enough or recommend them more highly!

Willing to go the extra mile! GoogleI had a very straight-forward and hassle-free experience securing the flat I wanted thanks to my agent, Vitalli, who was friendly and helpful throughout the hunt. He handled all the necessary paperwork in a professional and timely manner. My flat is managed by the landlord so I cannot speak to that aspect of this agency but in every other way I had 0 issues securing a flat through Bairstow Eves.

GoogleI would like to take the opportunity to thank Paul and his team for such a personal and efficient service. Moving is always a stressful time but i received calls and updates throughout my move and even had one of office offer to stay open later so i could pop in after work and run through some things. I have received excellent service and have been communicated with through the entire process of my move. All these little touches went a long way and i would highly recommend this estate agents.

GooglePlease avoid using this company if you can. They use a management company called Countrywide who are awful. We have had a broken washing machine for over 6 weeks now which is leaking a lot of water. As result we have a very damp smelling …

GoogleI have lived in a property managed by Bairstow Eves for almost 2 years and they are incredibly unresponsive. The phone is never answered, I never receive a phone call back and they never respond to emails. This has been raised several times and unfortunately still no improvements If this review is being read in priority over emails, please can someone (anyone) respond to my emails that are amounting in the inbox

GoogleNot worth your time. After waiting over a month for a flat, the estate agents gave us a viewing for the flat they gave us two days notice as they landlord required the flats to be seen in person to rent. I had to travel to London for this which was a 6 hour journey only to be told by the building manager that not only was he not aware that we were coming, but that all the flats that we were supposed to look at had been sold for almost a week. On top of this they have dodged our calls multiple times leading up to this and are refusing responsibility for their mistake and have been ignoring our calls after this incident. They have gained nothing from this and the three of us have lost time, money and have been left with nowhere to live.

I'm a picky and demanding customer and yet, he has addressed everything I mentioned and works are progressing thanks to him. He is clear in what he can and can't do and always remains professional and always tries his best to find the best solution for both your landlord and you.
