I rarely leave Google reviews, but on this occasion I felt it was thoroughly deserved. I had an excellent experience working with Mehmet in letting my two-bedroom flat in Shooters Hill, London. Mehmet provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cared about finding me good tenants rather than simply rushing me through the process. It is increasingly rare to come across someone who combines such excellent customer service with genuine integrity and attention to detail. Mehmet kept me informed throughout, answered every question clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably straightforward. He is a real credit to the business, and his professionalism reflects extremely well on the company. Thank you, Mehmet, for going above and beyond. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

Things started well, good feeling from the agent, great pictures and all good with loads of viewings and quite a few decent offers. But from there it was't brilliant.... The buyer was apparently connected with them, I would say how but despite asking several times I never got an answer. Emails went unanswered, I was chased for parts of the process when it was the buyer that was not keeping up their end and overall I was left feeling like I paid the bill for someone working for the other side not me. Not professional, no out of offices, no feedback from visits which then came from the buyers lawyers... just a disappointing experience and not one I would repeat!

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. We had a confirmed property viewing scheduled for 16:15; however, the agent failed to attend without any prior notice or explanation. No effort was made to contact us, reschedule the appointment, or even leave a basic message. Our attempts to reach the office were equally unsuccessful, calls went unanswered, and despite leaving a voicemail, no one had the courtesy to return it. This demonstrates a complete disregard for clients’ time and a serious lack of professionalism. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the organisation. I would strongly caution others against relying on their services.

Lazy, unhelpful, and borderline unprofessional. Our landlord was difficult to deal with, but ultimately dealt with the issues we had and returned our deposit fairly. The estate agent we had (Vitali) was lazy, and unhelpful and as soon as the contract was signed there was no help whatsoever from his side (not that there was much prior) and left us very much to deal with issues on our own. Wouldn't deal with Bairstow again when I went out of my way to use them over other local agents. Karl was very knowledgeable and helped sort things out when it was escalated to him in fairness.

I live next door to one of their properties and have contacted them, multiple times, about the broken fence in the garden of the property they manage. No one has called back. No one has replied to my emails. They do not pay due diligence to how faults in their properties negatively affect the neighbours. Steer clear. UPDATE: I took different approach and sent an enquiry about renting the property in question. A lovely gentleman named Joshua called me within 15 minutes and (after I had explained the situation) informed me that the manager I had been emailing was off sick, which is why I had no reply. Joshua was all over the situation and it has now been resolved. Thank you Joshua for your prompt reply and positive attitude.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Joshua was disappointing enough to warrant one. After nearly a week of trying to get a response, with emails and messages often going unanswered, Joshua finally set a viewing. However, I arrived at the property at the agreed time, waited outside, and... nothing. No show, no message, no answer to calls, emails, or WhatsApp. It's hard to understand how someone in this role could be so unresponsive and disorganised. It gave the impression of someone who is either overwhelmed or simply not suited to the job. Completely unprofessional and not a great reflection of the agency. If this is how they handle potential tenants, I’d be cautious about what comes after.

They listed the property promptly, always returned my emails quickly and in full, and forwarded all necessary references. Great service, for a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use them again when the next Unit is up for Letting.
