GoogleBairstow Eves were really brilliant at helping us find our first student house. Sabrina was great at keeping us updated with houses she knew we would love and once we found the perfect house was quick to get us a good deal and get it off the market for us! The amount we are paying, especially for the size and location is amazing so would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

GoogleA Wonderful estate agent. Staff are marvelous, always on hand to help with queries. Kept me updated with my property purchase all the way through to the end. There are a few things out of their hands but still managed to get through. I thoroughly recommend them. Namely I would like to thank the lovely Gideon Bello for showing me the property in the first instance & the wonderful Barbara Millings, the Branch Manger for getting the keys into my hands. GoogleBarbara and David helped sell our flat in Bow. David in particular was great, especially in the latter stages of the sale where solicitors needed to be chased to get the sale over the line. He kept me informed with regular updates and checked in, even whilst on annual leave!

GoogleSold a flat and purchased a flat with Barbara and David. It was a tricky process due to outside factors, but they did excellent work making sure everything went well. Great communication and transparency!

GooglePLEASE NEVER EVER RENT THROUGH THIS AGENT. The worst estate agent in London, by far. I have had one of the most stressful, disgusting experiences with this company. Not replying calls, not replying emails, charging me for things they never did. They lost the copy of the keys to my apartment and they asked me to cut a new copy and bring it to them as if it was my job, not being respectful about showing my house, accessing to my apartment without me know and leaving lights on, footprints on a carpet, windows open... On top of that, the person in charge of my tenancy was changing every two months, so it was impossible to understand who should I call to when I had a problem. It took them three months to release my deposit, they asked me to leave before my contract was finished and never reimbursed me for that. Honestly, please, NEVER rent a house in this agent, it is absolutely the worst renting experience I've ever had.

Barbara looked after us since the very first viewing, she advised on various matters and supported us throughout the process up until completion. Barbara and David played a key role in making sure we completed within a strict timeline (roughly 2 months from acceptance of the offer), chasing vendors and solicitors. GoogleLuke and Joseph are a dream team. I have recently moved to London from overseas, and I was at the finish line for a space and the landlord decided to choose another person, despite my excellent reference information. Luke and Joseph fought for me, and when I lost, they immediately were providing me alternatives within my price range, and expectations. They didn't oversell, or pressure me into spaces that were outside of my predetermined budget / needs. They ended up finding a place that was larger, in a better area, and a better fit for all of my needs, and were able to assist me to close out the process while I was overseas on business. Not only that but they were able to coordinate with the prior landlord and get some mail that I had sent to the prior space -- absolute rock stars. I cannot say enough about the customer service, and effort they showed in assisting me to find a space. I would highly recommend them both to anybody who is looking for a space in London!

GoogleThe worst estate agent in East London, Renee Fraser Property Appraisals Manager, is an absolute fraud she had wasted 2 months of my time for no given reason. She had advised me that she will be sending the memorandum to my conveyancer therefore for me to later find out that the person that was purchasing the property did not even have a mortgage ready, Renee fraser maliciously wasted my time. This company is a fraud, stay away to those individuals that are legitimately selling your properties.

GoogleShockingly bad service Where do I start? I should have realised when they recommended prospective tenants who clearly could not afford the rent. That should have set off alarm bells. However they soon found other tenants who were keen , with the one proviso that the carpet be professionally cleaned. Luke the letting agent offered to get it done. I agreed as time was of the essence and I was reassured a quick and good job. I kept asking if/when it would be done with no answer apart from it would be done before the move in date. Day of handover the tenants pointed out to him the carpet clean was not done. I was not informed until 2 days later by the tenant. I have been fobbed off repeatedly by BE Bow. Still awaiting a resolution to this. Additionally I was told buy Luke to insure the deposit (which I did 10 days before it was paid). BE kept the deposit and insured it them selves! Still waiting for that to be paid even though they had 2 emails from me before and after tenants moved in, giving them our bank details Today I get an email with a form asking for our bank details as it had been paid to a different account. Luckily it was returned as the account had been closed years ago. These people are useless. They do not listen to you, nor do they read or pay any attention to the emails they receive. Nor does anyone seem to know how to operate a respectable lettings agency. They are a bunch of cowboys who are only interested squeezing as much money out of you as possible. I know times may be hard but the lack of professionalism and honesty lets this place down. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

GoogleIf it wasn't for Karl we probably would not be landlords today! As first time landlords Karl gave us the confidence to let out our flat. He could not have been more patient, professional and helpful throughout the process, from initial advertising to the selection of tenants, showing great knowledge and expertise at all times. GoogleAlthough me and my partner did not end up renting through Bairstow Eves as we didn't think living so close to the hustle and bustle of Bow would be good for our newborn baby everyone in the office was extremely helpful and helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for. Couldn't recommend Karl and his team enough.

They did a great job of keeping me in the loop with any updates regarding my application, and they also made sure my concerns/ queries were addressed within a reasonable time.
