Extremely rude staff. I dealt with someone called Karl. He accused me of benefit fraud before even hearing out how I would be getting them help if the council failed to help me. And he said he wasn't judging when clearly he was. Highly unprofessional and rude.

Having lived at my current residence for just above six months has been a pleasure thanks to the lovely Barstow Eves team. The whole team including Sabrina, Jay, Sam and Paul have consistently been providing excellent service along with a great deal of warmth and friendliness.
