GoogleFirst time leaving a Google review in at least recent memory, but had to write this thanking Richard Spencer for going above and beyond in mediating the sale of my first property. The experience with my solicitors was a slow and unreliable process, yet Richard's ability to act as an ideal intermediate between myself and the vendor ensured that the sale went through despite it taking 6 months, multiple missed exchange dates and long periods of radio silence from my solicitors side! Could not have asked for anything more as he was even able to procure additional documents from the vendors such as a water quality report, that my side wasn't procuring. Highly recommend the superb service offered by Richard Spencer, the sale of this property would have quite possibly fallen through without his ability to mediate, and this is a prime example of the importance of a quality estate agent when dealing with property sales. He has set the bar very high for the future estate agent dealings. All the best and thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was very impressed by how fast the agency came back to me once I had contacted them about a flat. The flat is amazing, with a great view, at a VERY reasonable price. It is in excellent condition. Once I decided on the flat, the renting process went fast and was smooth. They also have an app, Tili, which will help you set up internet, electricity, water, and council tax quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this agency which is very professional and responsive.
Thank you for your 5* review and great comments! Best wishes, Scott @ Customer Relations
