GoogleAfter moving into a rented flat in march we had a lot of headache with the flat due to its poor condition. However Sam has been a god send! Without her hard work, friendly manner and perfect attention to detail we probably would have upped and gone. The only reason for the 5 stars is for Sam.

GoogleI was selling a flat under probate and there were various difficulties (not of Bairstow Eves' making) but their cheerful, can-do approach with excellent communications got results. Very good teamwork so continuity was maintained at all times, and special mention for Ashley Marriott in setting things up well, and Richard Spencer for never giving up and keeping me sane! Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
