GoogleAwful communication skills and agents are constantly contradicting themselves and each other. Rude to tenants, uncompassionate, really slow to sort out problems. The fees they charge are totally unethical as they provide such a terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

If you would like to go through this in more detail at all, please do email me at review@countrywide.co.uk Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI was really impressed with the quality and size of the flat, in comparison to the price. The agents were friendly and easily accessible over the phone, but not through text, which did lead to some worries about whether we would get the flat. Once the flat was secured, the renting process was very smooth.PositiveQuality, Value
