Doug at Bairstow Eves worked very hard and gave me great advice on finding a suitable flat for myself. Very friendly, honest and efficient service. They didn't mess me about like other agents I've dealt with. Nicolle was also a great help with the paperwork and admin. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used them to let our flat after a competitive bidding process. The manager, Chrissie, impressed us with her knowledge and her honesty. We had planned to leave some of the old carpets and some furniture. She was very frank about what tenants would want, which didn’t include the furniture we planned to leave and the carpets. Following her advice, we let the flat quickly for a higher price than we were asking and on a 2 year let. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. We have retained Bairstow Eves on a managed basis as we were very happy with the service. We will use them again. Thanks to all the team.

Have been dealing with Laurna over some rent issues from a previous tenant. Have to say from start to finish Laurna has been on the ball. Luarna has great knowledge, is very good at keeping me updated. I deal with many agents for my property’s, but have to say Laurna service is up there with the best... 10/10

Thanks to Jake Moore for landing us a great apartment. We were almost going for a compromised studio apartment but after meeting Jake we got lucky and got ourselves a bigger 1 bhk apartment. The proceedings and formalities were good and professional from bairstow and Jake helped answer some of my silly questions as well.
