Google*** RENTING *** Gerald was professional yet approachable and extremely helpful. His communication and negotiation skills made a lengthy and stressful situation a lot less stressful! He worked with my schedule (understood that I work long and unsociable hours) to get the end result quickly and effectively. He also tells it like it is and does not use any flowery language to present a smoke screen . Definitely recommend .

GoogleI have been using this estate agency many times in the past , as a landlady and as the vendor. The staff is always very helpful and they go extra mile for the client and get things done. GoogleThe team are outstanding. From the beginning I got a fair and realistic sale price estimate of the flat and Ian's knowledge of the local market was evident. Elise was the lead team member for the sale and was incredibly proactive, regular communication keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make sure the sale went through to the end. Will absolutely recommend this branch to friends thinking of buying or selling in the area.
