GoogleI rented a flat through Bairstow, and I could't have ask for a better service. The agency was very through to perform and document all their checks for electricity ,cleaning ,repairing.
The letting agent that showed me the place and guide me through the process was Doug. Doug was an absolute star!

GoogleDoug at the east croydon branch is phenomenal. I required a very quick turnaround in letting a new house and he just made it happen. He has a no BS methodology which I really appreciated. Even though he didn't know me at the time he really stuck his neck out for me to ensure we was housed in 2 weeks!! Which is an unbelievable turnaround. I have mixed reviews regarding rest of staff at Bairstow Eves. Some helpful, some not so much. When I called a few times with questions, they seemed unconcerned and unwilling to help, however my experience with Doug outweighs that hence the 5 stars. Samantha was the only agent in the branch who really took control of the whole situation, then rectified it with a positive outcome. Friendly and approachable, Samantha always went above and beyond to help and rectify the problem.She was always available to contact and replied straight away. I started renting back in 2008 and my direct contact point was Stephen Christopher who always acknowledged/tried to resolve any issues I reported straight away. Recently I have been in contact with Nadine Watson who has also provided me the excellent services, especially during the time property required some major refurbs, where she managed the communication levels between the landlord and us all updated/ kept us informed and made this transition of construction works less inconvenient. Nadine, I have no words to express my gratitude to yourself and to the landlord, as hearing some shocking stories from other tenants within my circle makes me highly thankful to you all, as you all have been amazing and extremely helpful.
