GoogleDishonest, terrible service. This estate agent took a £800 holding deposit which I contacted him to cancel in less than 24 hours (due to medical reasons). The property was vacant for weeks, and the application had not gone through any verification. He has ignored correspondence asking for at least a partial refund of this deposit, and refused Barclays' attempt to refund the bank transfer. Before that was terrible service too. Austin made us view the flat at Eagle Point by ourselves (with the owner's furnishings inside). Do not use this agency, they are dishonest and unprofessional.
