GoogleExtremely bad service from this company. When the time came to move out of our property the agent charged us for the most craziest things that were absolutely not justified, including fees for cleaning that was already done, removal of stuff by previous tenants which had already been flagged before moving in, dragging out the process and trying to use our deposit to refurbish with extremely expensive furniture - classic move from indecent agents.
I’m afraid you did not clean the property when you left and you had to send another company back to clean the property. We did not charge you for this. You also left rubbish in the property and stole a piece of the landlords furniture. You were so disorganised with your move that you even forgot to remove your own sofa. In fact when the new tenants moved in you were still In the property removing items.

GoogleAustin sold my flat for me: a professional knowledgeable agent, and would definitely recommend. Incredibly patient with frustrating buyer solicitors and got it over the line before Christmas. He’s also previously rented out a flat for me and likewise recommend him for that.

GoogleFunny reading the comments, they are either from Austin’s mother and friends all 5 star or angry ex tenants all 1 star. If Austin put in the same energy into being a good decent honest agency as he does calling people fake and saying the negative comments are slander maybe he wouldn’t have negative comments. Food for thought . AVOID AT ALL COST.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Scott has the IQ and communication skills of 10year old petulant child. Austin (the owner) may call you back two weeks later if he not too busy fraudulently without holding funds from other unsuspecting victims.
Oh dear, it sounds like we've hit a "communication skills of a 10-year-old petulant child" road bump. 🙈 While we can't promise to have the wit of a stand-up comedian, we're genuinely sorry for any inconvenience. Our owner, Austin, might not be a superhero, but he's definitely not into the "fraudulently withholding funds" business, that's just not his style. GoogleI rented a flat in Eagle Point near Old Street for 2 years through Austin Homes. I had very specific criteria and they were patient and thorough in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I also found them to be extremely responsive at any time of the day/week, knowledgable about the area, not pushy, and just generally pleasant to chat with. The experience was significantly better than any other agency I've dealt with before. I’ve since referred them to friends who have also had a great experience - highly recommend them!

Duncan, You lived in the apartment for 2 years so I fail to see how you though the rent was unfair? Any repairs issues you had were covered by the new build you moved into and dealt with by them not us. We did negotiate a rent reduction for you while the works were happening and you were also offered a hotel room which you turned down. You are still in rent arrears and need to pay this.
