The properties themselves are undeniably attractive. Unfortunately, the standard of professionalism behind them is not. Our experience with this agency has been ongoing since July 2025 and has continued with poor communication, inconsistent requirements, and a complete lack of accountability. Despite being fully aware that we were students, the agency repeatedly pressured us over guarantors without ever providing clear or written deadlines and ultimately withheld our holding deposit. Withholding a significant sum of money from students, is not only unprofessional but deeply unethical. For students managing limited finances, this behaviour causes unnecessary stress and financial harm and shows a worrying disregard for basic fairness and responsibility. After escalating the matter to the Property Ombudsman, the case was reviewed and the agency was advised to return the deposit, as there was no legal basis for retaining it. Despite this, and despite us providing bank details almost a month ago with a clear deadline, no meaningful communication has followed. Dragging a straightforward issue out for over six months is what’s unattractive. Prospective tenants should proceed with caution and ensure every term, deadline, and condition is explicitly confirmed in writing before paying any holding deposit! (Edit) The holding deposit was refunded on the final day of the deadline. Notably, meaningful communication from the agency only occurred after this review was posted. Given that the case was resolved against them, it’s unclear why time was spent publicly outlining a “sequence of events” rather than simply acknowledging the outcome - (edit) after the first edit, they proceeded to tweak their answer in a nicer manner, but we remember the original. The situation, and how it was handled, speaks for itself.

Our experience with Austin home so far... No communication at all, after months of emails, this is the only come back we have. Bare in mind we never had landlord's details. And we still have no keys for the back garden door (but funny enough our neighbours had a copy and used our garden as their own until we threatened to not pay the rent if not sorted, and still, even if the lock is been changed, no one dropped the keys to us or give us an appointment to pick it up) Avoid this agency at all costs, read the 1 star reviews and see for yourself. I have no other resource than to come here publicly to have some sort of answer from them... btw they've been in silent mood, yet again, since this last (or should i say first?) message.

Flabbergasted!!! Incompetent employees (Vincenzo and Scott) commit errors and lie to cover up their mistakes while the business owner (Austin) lacks the ethics of simple basic business principles and processes and a complete lack of intellectual ability to address the challenges arising. Despite of their clear and grave errors, they persisted in fraudulently retaining money from two young university students who were looking to rent a flat!!. They claim that the money was retained by the landlord although the error was clearly caused by themselves. Shame! Avoid at all costs
