GoogleOver the past 5 years I have used AH to meet my accommodation needs when I’m in London for business & pleasure. My experience of Austin has always been incredibly positive one. This guy goes the extra mile to ensure that my stays in his property’s are very comfortable & address my all my facilities needs. Nothings is too much trouble for the him to organise. I have always found him to be professional & transparent in his business arrangements. I will definitely be using Austin Homes in the future to address my accommodation needs when in the city. I certainly recommend him to my friends & contacts.

GoogleWe sold our flat with Scott. It wasn't easy, we lacked an ESW1 and the transaction was complicated. Scott found us a buyer and helped to orchestrate the transaction fairly seamlessly considering the circumstances. Overall, a pleasure to work with and a great outcome for everyone involved.

GoogleThis week I noticed an apartment that fit in our budget and was our next-door neighbour's apartment (Would have been super convenient for us). I called Austin Homes and we were ready to take the apartment and pay the deposit immediately. The agent took our offer and we were expecting to hear back what the landlord says. However, it took many days for the agent to return us. We contacted the agent a couple of days after the first call to hear if the offer is moving forward and if the landlord wants more, and the agent just said that there are no updates. Then few days after that, the agent called and let us know that other people had offered more and we would not have an opportunity to give a higher offer. I don't understand what happened because usually, agents tend to call back with every update regarding the process. I feel that this agency let us down and probably would not bother to try again the same agency as the level of communication is so terrible.
