GoogleWhen I was looking for a new property to rent, I came across Mark Johnson from AM, who was one of the most helpful and fun property agents that I have met in my life. He is a true professional who actually tries to help you find the perfect place to live. He was patient, polite and overall an amazing guy!

FacebookHorrible experience. I called to arrange house viewing and spent 1.5 hours to travel to the location. Staff forgot the key and simply told me to go home and come back tomorrow. No apology whatsoever. 2 staffs told me it’s not their fault and that it’s human error. Anything can happen. Very pathetic. Not professional at all.

GoogleUnscrupulous, dishonest bunch who don't respect GDPR. I have asked them to remove me from their contact list. Only to find out this morning that they have listed my property on Rightmove WITHOUT my consent at a below market price. Reported to the property ombudsman, beware of these scammers.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleRef. KATIE. She’s been nice and highly professional while showing us a flat for sale in London. She advised us on the process of buying a home and put us in touch with a mortgage advisor to have further information, even though we haven’t made an offer for the property she was selling.
