Had 5 or 6 different agents arranging viewings for the next tenant. None of them talked with each other or followed the agreed process. I had agreed one days notice before a viewing, no weekends but still got called on a Saturday with a 15 min warning and every other viewing was done with just a few hours notice.
Despite adhering to the the AST, professionally cleaning the flat, leaving on time with no dispute, it took me a full 50 days to get my deposit back largely due to the agency dragging their feet and not liaising with the landlord properly. I had to eventually engage the TDS and even then they took their sweet time.
