Francesco Allegri from Atkinson McLeod was extremely helpful throughout the process, helping us close the deal on our apartment and went out of his way to hasten the legalities and the paperwork, keeping us informed of progress every step of the way. He is always prompt with response to queries and made the whole process stress free for us. Would definitely recommend his services!

After some really bad experiences many lettings negotiators, i must say that, even though i didn't end up finding what i needed, in this company i found a breath of fresh air: Perla Pandele. She gave the best of her trying to meet mt needs, she listened with patience to all my requests about renting an apartment and was very understanding. Unfortunately, after not finding what i desired(i am very picky), i decided to move on to another area in which Atkinson McLeod doesn't have properties. If anyone looks for someone who becomes one with your needs and desires in finding a property to rent, i recommend 100% Perla Pandele. The best i've had(and believe me, i met a lot of agents).Kind regards ,Evie

Customer service after the sale is terrible. Engaged AML for a let only contract and when the time came to renew, AML messed up completely the process (yes, the customer ended up doing the job and dealing with the renewal process and tenant). Beware as AML tried to charge renewal commission when no actual renewal work has been done which took me by complete surprise - as a consumer I should not be paying expensive fees for services that I have not received. I have since engaged with a different agency which only charges for actual renewal services! Do not sign up to unfair renewal fees with AML or any other agency and get agents to provide you with the detail and process of how these fees are intended to be charged. Very dissatisfied customer!

In the beginning my experience seem to be fine but upon moving in my needs were not met. Furniture not supposed to be in my unit were still there, flat was not professionally clean, light-bulbs missing, washing machine hardly works, heating does not work, still no mailbox keys after 3 months. Took one week for the company to remove the left over furniture. Their property management team lacks customer service, does the bare minimum, and takes weeks to months to fix issues. Terrible response time.

I've been trying to get hold of Damian for few days, he kept disappearing every time I was asking to arrange a viewing.I made the first contact on Friday 13/07 and I finally managed to arrange a viewing, after calling their office several times, only on Tuesday and thorough a different agent. In the meantime, one of the properties I wanted to see was gone and, although a follow up email was sent to check if I was still looking, no one had the decency to let me know.UPDATE 18/07I just received a call from AM saying that also the second property I was keen to see, for which I managed to arrange a viewing only yesterday, is now gone.This was the same property I wanted to see 5 (FIVE) days ago!FED UP WITH THEM, JUST A WASTE OF TIME!

Great service from Atkinson McLeod throughout my whole letting process.I was initially worried about letting my mother's property after her death as this house has been in my family for years. Finding the right tenants was very important. However Philip McConville was exceptional and made the whole process so simple and stressfree I had nothing to worry about. None of my (many) questions went unanswered and care was taken to make sure I was happy through the whole process. I can rest easy knowing my property is in safe hands.

I had a really great experience with these guys when I was looking for my newest place! I fear with an agent called Amy Clayton who helped me and my partner find exactly what we were looking for. The first place she showed us wasn't exactly what we were looking for but she listened to our feedback about it and why it wasn't right for us. She called again within afew days with another place for us to see and we put an offer in straight away as it was just what we had been looking for. It was alot less stressful than other agencies I have worked with in the past, no pressure sales and it wasn't an endless stressful process.

GoogleI recently moved to london and i was dealing with many agents to find a house, charlotte brain helped a lot in this hunt till i found what i was looking for, i did not get the house as the landlord did not accept offer, but i was really happy with the transparent and hounest communication, i faced dificulties dealing with other agents, some would not show, wouldnt pick the call, others would just lack any proffessionalism, but not with atkinson, at least my experience with charlotte, she is cery proffessional, hounest and would know what would suite your requirment and what would not,,,,

GoogleAVOID THESE PEOPLE IF THEY'RE SELLING YOUR DREAM HOUSE! They are deceitful, incompetent and negligent. They failed to do the move out audit on our property and instead of owning up and playing fair they just ignored us and held onto our £2000 deposit for over 3 months. Eventually we were able to get it back from the Dispute Resolution service, whom they also ignored. All it took was 5 visits to the business, 20 emails, and 15 unreturned phone calls. They lied to us, saying they were waiting for the landlord to respond and then flat out ignored us. Appalling conduct and I will be raising a formal complaint with the industry regulator. I have attached a photo documenting the sheer level of poor behaviour by this company. AVOID THESE FOOLS!
