From the moment we started looking for a property and contacted Atkinson McLeod, Ed swiftly got on the case for us, and was extremely proactive in finding properties that matched our specifications. He was never pushy, never pressurised us, but was always helpful, prepared to both give us his professional advice and (just as importantly) listen to our needs. It has never been a trouble to offer us a lift to viewings and he has at all times been courteous, smartly presented, professional and delightful to deal with. As the first person we actually met, Ed gave us a fantastic impression of Atkinson McLeod. Brilliant agency.

Megan Squire = Magician

I was handled by Megan Squire, she's swarmed by a fantastically welcoming and professional demeanour. Although she didn't take us to the original place we were scheduled to see, her eye for a great property is very clear - her alternate suggestion was miles better than our original choice and she'd of been wrong to show us anywhere else - to put it simply, it was so good, I live there now. She fights hard to get you a good deal and is communicative throughout the entire process - she ticks all the boxes. If you go with Atkinson McLeod, fingers crossed you get Megan.

This relates to AM in Kennington. Firstly, very strange to be asked to review after such a poor experience. It was very difficult to get hold of AM and no sense of urgency - despite our persistent calls for a change in tenancy agreement. It took weeks to resolve what should have been something very straightforward. This adds to the very bad service we received when we first signed the contract.there was lots of difficulties agreeeing a price and a real lack of transparency from AtkinsonMcLeod

I have rented via Atkinson McLeod for 1.5 years and in the same property friends of mine rented through them for the previous 5 years. All of my dealings with their team have been good, especially with Alex from their property management team as well as Paula and Chloe. When we did have water damage Atkinson McLeod quickly were able to contact the owner and have the work carried out by their own professionals. The relatively severe water damage was fixed within one working day after they got instruction from the owner. All very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Philip Bullman at AtkinsonMcLeod looked after our sale from start to finish. His experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market was clear from the outset. He pitched the property at the right level and secured the sale. Throughout the whole process he encouraged excellent communication between all parties, helped resolve hiccups and was instrumental in achieving a completion before our deadline. We would definitely use him again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
